Very underwhelmed by the food. The bulgogi was a bit dry. I knew going into it that the "Korean Fried Chicken" wings would be American style with Korean flavor influences. If you want good Korean food there are better options nearby. This won't scratch the itch.

I'm not a fan of them strictly using single use plastic ware. Just feels cheap, and its not sustainable.That being said, their chicken wings are fantastic. Much of their cocktails are made with soju, so they are not very strong but are tasty.The menu is on a QR code at the tables, so don't forget your smart phone.I highly recommend the dish that I couldn't pronounce, but it was a spicy ramen, rice cake, and fish cake dish with gochuchang sauce. Highly recommend, but be ready to get messy and don't wear white.The dumplings 7.0/10Chicken wings 8.4/10Korean street food soup ?? 7.2/10

Out of towner review. Dispite a few small things keeping us from giving 5 stars, we loved our dinner at Merge! First of all, the vibe inside doesn’t match the vibe outside. From the outside it feels sleek and modern, but the inside feels very much like a college bar. The service was excellent and the food was great, especially the wings!!! We also got beef and pork bulgogi and the meat on both was a little dry. Overall, it was great and will def go back.

This place is good for wings. But that’s about it. I got the tteokbokki and it was like eating table salt. The ingredients were heated from frozen produce found at the Chinese supermarkets. The rice cakes were not the long ones but the sliced up kind. There was nothing but cabbages in the dish. Not worth the price at all. Thoroughly disappointed. I would rather eat instant tteokbokki.Oh and the bulgogi fries. ????Pick and save fries with 3 shreds of meat on it. At least it was properly seasoned.

the food was decent.. the place was nice overall. Our server was absolutely terrible. Didn’t check in with us & the place was completely empty. He sat at the bar and was on his phone & talking with the bartender. Bro didn’t even give us silverware. I wouldn’t even have tipped if it were up to me. I’ll never come back. Was a first experience and will be my last.

Avery and London make this house a home. Phenomenal service, speed, food, and atmosphere. Soy Garlic wings keep me on this earth.
Stopped in the other day for a quick bite and a drink and I have to say that I am not disappointed! The service was great and the atmosphere is phenomenal it made me feel super satisfied. I also want to recognize one of the bartenders I believe his name is Avery! He really made sure I was taken care of and he deserves recognition for the service he gave me. Super friendly, helpful and energetic!Will come back

Food was better than the service. Wonder if it's normal to serve a stew with no spoon. Only chopsticks. Asked for ranch. Didn't receive it until after the bill. No check up after food was dropped. Wanted water refilled the server put both cups in same hand. No way of knowing if I even got the same cup back. Server had zero to no knowledge about the menu. The quality of service is honestly why I won't return.

Also, not a service issue, but the first time we went they were out of veggie dumplings; this time they were out of cauliflower wings (EXTRA frustrating because our server told us another table had ordered the last of them and pointed to a large group who had arrived and was seated AFTER us who we noticed had their order taken BEFORE us.) Had to go to the bar to ask if we could put our food order in. The server who brought us one of our entrees knocked over our bottle of soju, spilling probably at least a quarter of it and didn't offer us another bottle, or discount, or anything. Wasn't checked on at all after getting our food and had to get our own eating utensils from the servers' station. Had to try really hard to get a server's attention to get our check, and we had also asked for rice to go which we never received. We ended up just paying and leaving, we were so frustrated.

Was a loyal customer for the summer I loved the sweet and spicy wings but idk if the chef changed but the last visit two weeks ago was terrible. The service was always lacking. But the wings were a total disappointment, dry , overcooked and barely had suace like it used too not to mention it was dry and spicy versus the usual juicy & sweet and spicy. Never going back after that , so disappointing :(

Merge has been on our list of places to try for a while! So I was very excited to finally get to this restaurant . We went on a Wednesday and they had a really good wing special . We got the Korean fried wings , the beef bulgogi and the fried dumplings . Everything came out fresh and the wings were the main character ! After dining for a while it got really busy and the service slacked but nothing to stop you from visiting this restaurant. You won't regret it . It became a very lively environment, it has bar seating and high and low tables .

My friend and I went here while we were in the area. She said she had heard they had good wings, and as a pleasant surprise it was Wednesday and they have a special where we got 8 wings for $6 (50% off I believe) which I thought was a great deal. I got the sweet and spicy flavor and thought it was flavorful and the accompanying ranch was delicious. I wasn't super hungry so I didn't try a lot but my friend ordered the dumpling appetizer and I tried one and thought it was pretty good. By the time we were leaving it was getting busier and the server kind of forgot to come check on us. We had to go to the bar to pay for our bill. The chicken wings were good and for the price I'm not mad at all. The service and ambience did leave something to be desired, but I would possibly go back if I'm in the area again.
