Had Fish and Grits. Only one filet for the price, taste was ok. The green tomatoes were delicious. The grits were ok, a little undercooked. The receipt listed each item with additional costs, assuming tax. But then there was also another tax charge and a $13 service fee not a gratuity. Do not see myself returning.

This is a fantastic restaurant! We went on a Friday mid morning for lunch. This place has really changed from its original state. Kudos to the person who came up with the remodeled look. WOW! I was very impressed.

When I first went in, I was a little surprised at the order taking process, but I quickly adapted. Can you say . . . I had no choice? Anyways - I loved seeing all of the chefs cooking up front. Can you say . . . Nothing is more sexier than to see a strong, solid and masculine Black man cooking. YAAAASSSSS!

We had the beef and broccoli bowl which was seasoned to perfection. It was delicious! We also had the hamburger with fries. Everything was amazing. The service was outstanding… from the gentleman who took our order to the gentleman that served us our food. The wait was no problem for us. As far as I’m concerned. . . Everything was timed so perfectly. I’m wishing you all much success!!

The vibe was good DJ at 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday but a bit loud we could not talk among ourselves. The mimosas were flowing. Bathroom clean. However I didn't understand the wait for our food it was 2 hrs!!! So by the time it came we asked for it to go. Not the wait staff fault but it landed with the kitchen staff and management. Don't get me wrong the place was nice buy with better staffing and management it would be a great place. May go back for drinks only but not for brunch.. Wait in too long.

Very attentive wait staff was exceptionally understanding of food allergy that she told kitchen staff. I had a delicious lobster meal & my husband had Cajun shrimp & grits. Good deejay spinning music (but a little loud for us). Nice laid back atmosphere.

Let me tell you something today was my first time here and I damn near thought I was in Chicago!!!! The food was AMAZING!!! Drinks phenomenal!!! Atmosphere was a complete VIBE!!! Want good food, music and amazing ambience check them out!!! Poetry night every Tuesday too I will be back!!!
