Michael’s Family Restaurant

This restaurant was the absolute best. I ordered over the phone and it was ready within 15 minutes. Basically when I arrived, they were waiting with my meal. It was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. And the price was great, especially for the portion served. I was able to have seconds for lunch. 10/10 ... I definitely recommend for all visitors. I will most surely return upon my next visit into town.

Food: omelette cooked on the top, pretty much raw and soggy on the bottom.
Customer service: seated off where no one else was so waited a while for a server. Then when she does come around hurridly asked if I wanted coffee, to which I said no, by the time I turned my head to her she runs off smiling and giggling and taking the orders of a party that came well after me. I was going to tell her my order and that I wanted tea instead but had to wait another 10 min for her to come by my table. Once the food came I started to get ready to eat and noticed how undone the bottom of the omelette was, the waitress came over sometime later asked how it was I told it could be done more and she runs off not offering to have it redone correctly. The first class of hot water I got for my teas was filthy with food around the outside of the glass which I got up and went to counter and gave back to them to replace. I was wanting to like this place but nope won’t go back and no I didn’t leave a tip.

the service and food was barely eatable and even my sister's chilly was borderline tar. the lightning felt like a interagation room. the real only highlight was the tea and for basically $40 for two people its ridiculous.

MAN OH MAN!!!
Ok first off it’s a cozy little diner with a calm atmosphere.
Second the waitress Robin is great! I’ve only been here a couple times but she makes me feel like a regular.
Lastly the corned beef hash is amazing OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!! It’s fresh house made NOT out of a can and man oh man is the portion size GENEROUS!
10/10 will come again and again! Highly recommend this place especially if you’re in the area!

I ordered two crunchwraps, a beefy five layer and two of the new mango drinks. The food took about 10 minutes for them to make and they forgot the drink so when I reminded them a third time I got two cups of water with bits of mango in it. Would have been better off going to the local homeless shelter. They also had about 10 clearly inexperienced people in the kitchen and several other customers also had to wait for several minutes and some of them even longer than me.
