Visited Mid-way for my first time with my cousin. We’re from out of town so we didn’t know what to expect. Service was incredible!!! Aiyana explained the ingredients of several different items on the menu. Took the time to make us feel “at home.” Suggested some of her favorites and everything was delicious!!

The donuts have a unique texture. Although it's not for some, i can honestly say these are the best donuts I've ever had. I've been searching for a better donut across the state and honestly, I haven't found one. Don't change a thing.

Holy crap these donuts were amazing. Had a French toast donut and a blueberry fritter and both blew my mind. I live in NYC and I haven’t found any this good over there yet. Can’t recommend it enough.

The donuts I tried, which were the passion fruit, chai, brown butter sea salt, and strawberry, were overall disappointing. The flavors were minimal and somewhat muted across the board, giving them all a more 'bready' profile similar to a brioche or dinner roll. This extends to the texture as well, which felt (to me) a little overly chewy. Nothing egregious, but I would find benefit in changing either how much the dough is worked, the flour itself, or an addition to tenderize the structure.
They do offer other options, which much like the donuts, look very appealing. I can only speak to the donuts, however, and I would only recommend them in a pinch.

While the food is pretty good the service is awful. Don't even try to show up at 8:00am as the donuts and cookies are never ready. (Hint if you open at 8:00 maybe start your shift a touch earlier to have the product you sell ready by 8:00). Coffee drink hurry up and wait 15 min. I wish Super Nova would not have left :(

The southwest turkey sandwich was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The bread and turkey were amazing. Love the pickled peppers!

I only tried the cream puff, so I can't speak on anything else. First, the service was fanatic. She was chipper and polite, getting my order ready super quick. The problem was the taste. I'm not sure why but the vanilla cream was surprisingly salty. It had a light sweetness and the filling was essentially the same consistency of cool whip. Also, the pastries were really hard and dry. It felt like I was eating something that had gone stale. Not horrible but not was not what I was expecting at all either - sorry!
The peanut butter cookie was so soft! 10/10!
