We’ve gone twice in the last few days so hopefully I recount all the items we’ve tried so far and name them correctly lol. Biscuits and gravy! This is the best I’ve ever had. The biscuit was thick and hearty but not dry, and the gravy was absolutely the best I’ve tasted. Homemade comfort at its finest—rich and savory with a fantastic flavor. I look forward to the next time, and I just finished eating it. The almond matcha cookie—I’m not normally a matcha fan, but this cookie was intriguing. It started with a thin, crispy almost sugar cookie flavor outer layer at first, then the almond flavor shines through. Not overly sweet just a good thick, soft cookie. The butterscotch blondie— you can really taste the butter. It was the first sweet I tried here, and it immediately got me hooked. The Oreo blondie—my kid devoured it before I could even take a bite. The egg sandwich on sourdough with sausage was good. I added the homemade chili oil which I got on the side, as I’m sometimes a wimp with spice, but this chili oil is so flavorful I’d put it on everything. So if I order a cookie with a side of chili oil you just nevermind- I might need some of this to keep on hand. It adds a nice bite without overpowering the other flavors—just the right amount of heat. The fluffernutter cookie—what?!! yes, definitely try it! Obv Carrot cake bites -carrot cake yes frosting yes - I need more. Everything we’ve tasted so far has been excellent. You can tell it’s homemade, the flavors come through clearly, and it’s just comforting, delicious food. Can I add that the people working there have gone above and beyond and truly enjoy what they do and this place! They are the best food consultants :) they spent so much time with us explaining the items and it got me to try some things I might not have otherwise. Oh and the building itself - the space has a great warm friendly vibe.
New Sad is great - go check it out and grab a pudding!

What a cute hidden gem. Beautiful sweet treats and Sugar leaf coffee. Amazing! Can't wait to visit again.
The tastiest treats! The peanut butter cookie is amazing
The staff looked super sharp in their café shirts today. It makes the whole place feel more organized and friendly.
I’m sorry, but this was very disappointing. – SAD is what I would call it.
- I was there on a Saturday morning, and there were no fresh bakery items at all. I was charged full price for the day-old items that were available.
- Further, the prices were NOT reasonable: $10 for scone?
In the plus side, even the day-old cinnamon bun was very good. That’s why I gave three stars instead of one.
Deeeeelishous!! Purchased 6 for my birthday for friends and S/O. Did not disappoint!! Classic and cookies and cream. I had the classic and the gooey inside was the best part!
Very cute and super affordable! The cake in a cup and the Oreo brownies are amazing!
Great selection of baked goods with vegan options as well. Super nice and helpful too. My personal favorite cinnamon roll in town!
Cute little underground bakery. Service was great. We orders cookies and a carrot cake blonde thing. lol not sure what it was called. But the overall experience was great. Keep up the good work chefs. ✌🏿🫶🏿🐲

the banana pudding is so good!!
I can tell the owner of this establishment is extremely passionate about what they do!
I don't want to get too into my personal experience because it doesn't represent the general quality you will receive. This place can bake very well! They often go above and beyond, in this case that wasn't what we wanted though so they offered a full refund and apology. Please give this place a chance!
They catered my baby shower, charcuterie boards and bakery items, and everyone had so many compliments on it! It was wonderful, the bakery was fantastic!
Currently eating a delicious fluffernutter cookie that reminds me of ones I used to eat in college. As a habitual late riser I appreciate a good selection of baked treats available mid-to-late afternoon! Don’t miss this cute spot on the lower level of the Jefferson Building.
Big fan online, finally saw the booth at the first makers market and now I’m an even bigger fan!
This Oreo brownie is everything; massive, dense, packed with chocolate chunks and a soft fudgy center. I also snagged a super cute beanie and a chippy cookie (chocolate chips and potato chips) which was delicious and eaten before I could take a photo. Everything was really reasonably priced and Sam and her team member working the booth were so kind!
