My mom ordered the food my boyfriend met her up there to pay for the food. He was accused of being a panel handler and then employee messed up my order. I asked for 2 Chilli cheese dogs in two orders, a Chicago style hotdog meal and a cheeseburger and I payed 47 and some change just to be dissatisfied and portions were kid sizes. I am so upset. They will never get my money again.

My husband's Italian beef and my Philly steak were borderline inedible with excessive salt!! Plus my Philly had only tiny pieces of mushrooms and onions while I had no cheese!

Food is usually on point, which is the reason for the 3 instead of 1 for the burnt chicken. But if I pay you $15 for a 10 piece, I want it to be done correctly.

I really would like to give them a negative star but Google don't offer that option. I am completely flabbergasted by this experience I ordered a Polish and received a hot dog that was immersed and pickled relish I basically received relish on a bun

THE GOOD:The cheeseburger was delicious. NGL. It comes pretty loaded up with stuff, and I don't like giving a bunch of requests for my order. The fried onions and pickles were easy enough to remove. The french fries are "shoestring" style and coated in orange salt (seasoning salt perhaps?).THE BAD:Got there at 11:50am on a Friday, and was the only person there. I don't even know where the staff was. The cook came up front and took my order (Cheeseburger "meal"): $9.47. Gave the cook a $20 and got change back from out of his pocket (said he'd have to give me the $0.50, but I never got it). Walked out with my food at 12:18pm. That's a long wait! I was not given a beverage, but perhaps it was on me to ask for one, or just grab it from the cooler - IDK. There was a second worker, but he seemed to split his time between here and the Domino's next door. Probably came and went 5 times during my wait.There's plenty of other places like this that I'll choose next time.

Excellent food. The chicken is fresh and garnished with slivers of lemon grass. The beef kabob sandwich is absolute wonderful!!! Best chicken in town, indeed.

I’m so upset I ordered this tonight. Around 9:50 pm through Grubhub. I had to give different angles on this food. I was supposed to have a 10 piece. I have 9 the fish sandwich was supposed to come with lettuce , cheese , and tarter sauce a cod fillet. You see what I got! That’s butter toast your looking at! I called the restaurant, asked to speak with a manager. The gentleman said his name was Timothy. I told him about it. He asked what he can do I said my money back. Or make something else. He said call tomorrow. I ask what is the owner name or manger. He said he doesn’t know. I said you don’t know who your boss is? Long story short. I received my money back from Grubhub. And I will never order here again. The reviews most come from family!

I gotta say, it's hard to mess up hot dogs. It's even harder to make them good. Mike's hits that nail directly on the head. Great chili dog and a fantastic Chicago dog. If you need dogs done right, go to Mike's, tell em I sent ya!
