Have been to East Town Kitchen and Bar for lunch a couple of times and for after work and weekend drinks other times. It's a comfortable place to eat drink and watch sports. Staff is friendly and pretty responsive. Happy it's downtown!

Let me start by saying the atmosphere inside was excellent, the decor was awesome, and the service was pretty good. The problem I had was with the food/drinks. I got the East Town old fashioned. I can honestly say it was one of the worst old fashioned I’ve ever had. For the price I thought it would be much better. At this point my fiancée didn’t see anything on the menu for entrees she wanted. So we at least gave them a shot at an appetizer, so we got the warm jumbo pretzel. It was listed on the menu as having Wisconsin beer cheese dip with it, which is almost always a win for me. I can’t even begin to tell you how TERRIBLE the beer cheese was. It was almost as if they took the cheese sauce they used for their mac and cheese, warmed it up, and just put it in a cup. I have made better beer cheese in my own kitchen. Might try it again in the future, but likely won’t be back for quite a while.

The cheese curds were very unique and delicious. It is a large order so great to share. Had the shrimp and grits which were delicious but a tad bit salty. Definitely would go back.

Nice little restaurant attached to the Marriott. Didn't realize it was attached to the hotel however it didn't affect the experience. Nice staff and great

I walk past this restaurant after work at least 4 times a week on my way to the gym, and I must say this is a beautiful restaurant to dine and grab a deink after work or hold a private dining party. I give it a 10 out of 10.Parking: East town market entrance on Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. Leads to the Marriott hotel..

Good late night kitchen! Full menu until 10 and appetizers (which are the best) until 11. The drinks could have been better. But the vibe and the food was amazing! Good portions and excellent seasonings and sauces! Will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Pretzel, cheese curds, fries, avocado toast.Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian options.

Listen I am a wing guy. I go get wings about 3 times a week. This has to be the best wings I've ever had. I'm blown away.

We loved the Jumbo pretzel which had a really good cheese sauce, not the typical fake cheese. The hot honey chicken sandwich was also delicious. I got the side salad with apple cider vinegar and that was also very unique. The fries were thick cut and they didn't hold back on the qty. The only thing we didn't love was the butter cake dessert. It was really rich and almost too buttery. On a weekend night the place was hopping until about 7, mostly around the bar area, then it started to clear out.

5 stars for the food and the service. Haley (Hailey) was a fantastic waitress! Literally the best waitress I have ever had. We kept getting bourbon and had to keep asking for prices, but she was willing to go and check the prices without hesitation and smiled all night long! Also. The hot honey is fantastic!

Fine dining with a casual atmosphere. We came here for dinner on National Marquette Day after the basketball game and we're ready for a nice dinner. It did not disappoint! We were seated right away, the waiter was quick, polite, and gave great suggestions. We had a fantastic time and the food was 5 star. Recommend the shrimp & grits and brussel sprouts!

Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff! The food though, was extremely salty. Every dish except for the crispy Brussels sprouts.

Humongous, tasty burgers and sandwiches and heaps of delicious fries. It's not healthy, however, not in the least.
