Katelyn did a fabulous job with food selections and our dinner was amazing! From the starter to the dessert, every bite was delicious. We didn't leave hungry, we left satisfied. Best service and amazing food in town. We'll definitely be back. Again Katelyn, thanks for taking excellent care of us, and making my birthday extra special.

Ver nice for a hotel restaurant. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Offer entrees with small sides or you can order shareable sides as well. Expect to spend around 60-100 per person if drinking alcohol

Server and management were friendly and resolutions focused with menu familiarity providing an upscale dining experience. Unfortunately for them the chef couldn't cook a medium rare steak with 2 attempts, first was medium+ to medium well the second was still refrigerated rare. Mind you this was in a slower Friday night early in the evening but still. A medium rare filet is a measure of a steakhouse in my opinion, hopefully it was a one time fluke as the issue should be easily resolved. The sides were cooked to perfection.

One of the best steaks I ever had. The truffle butter, onions, and mushrooms added a lot of flavor.
Lobster mac & cheese 10/10
Asparagus was perfect.

Amazing. I have eaten at many steakhouses all over the world and this was among the best ever. Our service was flawless but even better my filet was perfect. Sides were great. A great value also. I can't recommend this highly enough. Go! My thanks for a great evening.

The experience was fantastic. We were celebrating several birthdays and the server was 100% accommodating. That is our second time while in town and we will make a point to return on our next trip to Milwaukee!

Excellent experience! Extremely attentive staff! The all went above and beyond! Food was superb! The dry aged ribeye was tender and flavorful. Joshua, our server was awesome and definitely went the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Food was ok.... Maybe I came in with way too high of expectations... But for the cost I expected more I guess. Salt and pepper on the table, that was the first red flag. Over priced.

Outstanding bar and restaurant, the people make the difference!! Prime Rib was on the menu Friday night and it was fantastic. My wife's Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and the sides were great. Service, both at the bar and the table, was impeccable. Definitely coming back the next time we are in Milwaukee.

Opentable Diner

The food was terrible. It is far too expensive for the very poor quality of the food. The service was fine, but getting continuously bumped by staff and patrons was annoying. It wasn't crowded so we could have been seated in a better location. All five at our table had a disappointing experience. Especially with the food.

Another great dinner at the ChopHouse. Joseph is an amazing server and was attentive to our entire party. Both the manager, Justin and Brandon, the chef, made it a point to check on us throughout service which showed they cared!

Was there with a large party of 15+. Service was top notch, and most of the food was delicious. Very nice restaurant. The only reason for 3/5 stars for the food is that my steak was cooked medium well instead of medium rare (Come on guys...its a steak house this is literally what you do). I understand being part of a large party all of our steaks were probably cooked at the same time, so I can be somewhat forgiving.

We were in town for a convention that also coincided with our wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful dining experience for both of us!

The Milwaukee Chophouse is in the Hilton Hotel 4tb and Wisconsin with plenty of parking near the front door. The restaurant was very tastefully decorated to look clubby and dignified. House and wedge salads were great. The 10 oz. filet (times three of us) was mid-rare as requested, very tender and juicy. Baked potato easily fed the three of us. We didn't order dessert. Our only issue was with promptness of service.

Had a wonderful time. Got the calamari as an appetizer, it was delicious, I personally enjoyed the addition of the olives, capers, and spice. Minestrone soup to follow it up was fantastic and now in my top 5 recipes I’ve had in the city. The dry aged ribeye is what I had for my main course, and it did not disappoint!! To follow it all up I had the carrot cake which is delicious and I’d definitely recommend.
