We had some problems with our steak, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation! Best customer service I’ve ever had. Everything else we had to eat was wonderful as well.

We decided to switch things up this Thanksgiving, and we went out for our meal. Great decision in my mind. The food was delicious! I had an aged Ribeye, and others enjoyed their Filets. All were cooked perfectly and the accompanying sides were delicious. We started with fresh, crisp wedge salads. Marshall, our waiter, was amazing. He made great recommendations after explaining how the menu was laid out. And Steve, the manager, was assuring everyone was having a great experience. This was our first visit to the Chop House, but we will be back.

We enjoyed a great dinner and service was much appreciated on Thanksgiving. The carpaccio meat was overpowered by a garlic dressing, and lacked citrus. Otherwise everything was delicious.

It is in Hilton hotel Bread was ok Ordered chop salad which was 10/10 (similar to cole slaw with Caesar dressing crispy bacon cucumbers Crab bisque soup was luke warm had a good taste 6/10 if was warmer may have been 8/10 Prime rib 12 oz very tender and enough for two 9/10 Canadian lamb chops was tasty 9/10 Trio sides:lobster mac n cheese 7/10 again not warm enough Brussel sprouts 10/10 asparagus 9/10 I would visit again for sure, was full and had leftovers

Our food was outstanding. The filet was delicious and done to perfection, my husband's ribeye was very good although he said there was a little gristle in it. Our sides of asparagus and mashed potatoes were also quite tasty. At the end of the meal we did feel a little rushed as Terri brought us our bill before asking if we wanted coffee or anything else. We did get coffee though. Overall, a good experience and we would go back.

Katelyn did a fabulous job with food selections and our dinner was amazing! From the starter to the dessert, every bite was delicious. We didn't leave hungry, we left satisfied. The best service on the planet, and the food was very delicious and very generous. My cocktail was everything that I was looking for (sweet with a little tart) and the red wine complimented my entree. The lamb was tender, flavorful as well as the sides. The sauce that came I wish you could bottle it. The pork chop OMG that charcoal crust made it so tasty, tender even for a double cut. I love lamb, most places it's not as tender, and the sauce is usually mild in flavor. This lamb with the sauce was amazing. You won't leave hungry, but you'll leave very satisfied. Katelyn not only made fabulous suggestions, she also made our evening with her positive and fun attitude! My husband and I will definitely be back!! Katelyn my dear, thank you for making my birthday extra special!! See you again!

Waitress was MIA most of our time there. She brought us a burnt crème brûlée- steak was over cooked - sea bass tasted like plain butter. Have not been there in years and won't be back.
