Super cute place! The guys who work in the front are very nice and attentive! Very clean and the drinks are delicious and so are the donuts! Only thing that I would improve would be adding a donut case to the front to present the donuts and keep them fresh!

I've been to other Mochinuts around town. This one was the worst. The decor is nothing special compared to the other ones in town. Still inviting and cute space. But based on their own standard they've set against themselves, this one pales in comparison.

The order took a while to get right since the staff were messing up with the cashier machine. The drink I got was a bit chalky. The bobas were too mushy. They got stuck in the straw. The corn dog was too dry so it broke off from the hotdog.

Maybe will give them a chance in a few months. But seems like the staff where are all still learning.

Their drinks lack flavor, ordered 2 brown sugar milk teas and got milk and boba no brown sugar. Their advertised pictures look nothing like their drinks

If you're cravin' something sweet Mochinut has you covered! The bobba is delicious and the mochi donuts are soft and chewy with rotating flavors each week! You can also snag a kdog to counter some of the sweet too.

To be frank, the wait was horrendously long. Not only was the batter inside still a bit raw and doughy, I had to wait over 20-25 minutes for it to come out. There was also no employee on the mochi nut side so I had to wait an EXTRA 10 for a roll up staff to assist me since they were a bit busy on that side. Not SURE if they are under staffed but I can easily guess that they are probably overworking their staffs because the person who helped me looked tired and rushed. I shouldn’t apologize but I definitely will on behalf of the terrible management for them all. 1/5 will NOT be coming BACK!!

This restaurant is utterly ridiculous the management is completely irresponsible and inconsistent with their products. In the whole mochi nut franchise this store has to be the worst with them exploiting their employees as well as failure to comply with cleanliness. They are extremely understaffed and every time I come in there I see burnt out workers and the time for receiving food is extremely lengthy. I don't blame the workers they are extremely hard working but relied on a lot. I blame the management or whoever runs the restaurant because this is completely unacceptable. Do better mochinut, treat your employees better, treat your restaurant better. If these changes are made this store is going to close down and fail.

I used to come here but will not anymore due to the terrible management of this place.
Very slow service. Nearly half an hour waiting. An employee was also handling and near the food without a beard net, nor gloves.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. From start to finish this was an overall horrible experience ending with FOOD POISONING. For a place that’s known for their donuts they had such a little, odd variety to choose from. There was hardly any donuts out and the ones that were served were not fresh at all. Tasted like they had been sitting out for days. Not to mention the person at the front counter was kind of rude and didn’t have any knowledge of what kind of donuts were out for the day.

DISAPPOINTED to say the least but that wasn’t even the worst of it. We waited for quite a while for two corn dogs and we were the only people in there. When they came, they looked promising. From bite one it was clear that the dough inside wasn’t cooked all the way through and still raw, which was weird considering how long it took to get our food. Not to mention the second and LAST bite I could even stomach to take had a weird hard piece that I couldn’t even describe, almost like a scab? I have no idea. Just sitting inside the corn dog. I left my food right then and there. Sick to my stomach.

That following night I came home & had the worst stomach pains, fever/chills, proceeded by me throwing my guts out and diarrhea.

Safe to say I will NOT be eating here again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, not worth a dime of my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered the matcha, pineapple and I'm not sure what the the third one was, these donuts were a little fancier then what I'm used to but the unique shape and the texture were very appealing, they have a nice outside parltio area and the indoor seating was spacious and well lit

It was opening day for the store next door, so my friends and I stopped by to grab a quick bite. From the start, the energy was off—we weren’t greeted and were awkwardly stared at while deciding on what to order.

After placing our orders we sat by the windows for the view, even though it was 58°. A staff member later asked us to move so he could open a window, which felt unnecessary and like a subtle way to make us uncomfortable. My friend also noticed the owner had been watching us the entire time.

Then, one of my friends never got her food. After 30 minutes, we asked about it, only to be told they hadn’t even started her order. No apology, no urgency—just forgot.

We moved to another side of the space to wait for a friend. When another customer came inside and complained about the cold, that’s when they finally shut the windows.

It was obvious we weren’t the kind of customers they wanted. The tension and passive hostility said it all.

We won’t be back—and others should know what kind of environment this is.
