This place has decent food but the service is horrible. They have options to order online but it never works. The first time I went there I ordered online but they said they never received my order even though my card was charged. They said their online orders were not working and would be fixed. The following month I went there one last time. They again said they didn’t receive my online order. The cook even called the owner and I was told I would get my refund back. I never got the food or my refund. This was February 8 and it’s now March 25. I’ve called another time about my refund and the owner’s daughter said my last order was under the old owner and that her mom would call me back the next day. That never happened. They still have my money. I put in a dispute with my bank for the second time. I’m just over it. I vowed I would never buy from them again.

I found out about this place tried it fell in love with the fish. But today totally different story. I couldn't even place my order because the staff was to busy in her phone arguing and fussing. When she finally came to take my order I asked how long for a fish dinner? The look she gave me as she asked "Fish" like I was speaking a foreign language then turns away from me like I never said anything to continue fussing with whomever she was talking to before. I couldn't do anything but walk out hungry and disappointed. Just sad.....

Just Tried Munchies For The First Time And I Must Say The Food Was Great!! I Had The Munchies Platter And Everything Was Seasoned Too Perfection. The Wings Was Fried Niice With Tasty Breading The Fries Was Hot And Crispy, Also The Cheeseburger Was Hot,Tasty Plus The Beef Patty Was Seasoned Well And Fresh. The Mozzarella Sticks Was Good As Well.The Only Flaw I Have With Them Is That I Ordered Doordash And They Forgot The Marina Sauce For The Mozzarella Sticks!! Next Time Don't Forget The Marina Please!! I Will Definitely Eat From Them Again? Food 5/5Service 4/5

I went there on August 23 .. I ordered some chicken gizzards.. they took my order.. but I later found out they were out of them.. the rude worker told me she need to call the owner..to see how I could get my money back..later on the cook said she found some.. but they was chicken liver.. the 2 chicken wings dinner tasted like it was cooked in very old grease.. I will say first and last time going there .. somebody from the company responded back.. said they don’t sell liver.. I know the difference from liver and gizzards.. no it wasn’t the wrong place.. because the owner was in a hummer.. and the rude worker kept going to that truck.. and they kept getting in the back of that truck.. no that wasn’t the wrong place I will never go there again.. all because they didn’t want to refund my money back to me..
