Took my kids here for a cool treat on a hot day. Went in, very limited flavors and the the froyo started to melt as soon as it touched the cup. I didn’t even dare try the toppings due to fear of them having gone bad with how hot the place was. Not sure why they can’t turn on the AC or leave all of the fans on. The employees were nice. We couldn’t even sit inside with how hot it was and the tables outside have seem better days. Sadly will not be coming back.

Very unkempt and dirty. It was a hot day and all of the toppings were sitting in a slop of warmth. They were mostly stuck in clumps due to being melted together. There was no AC or fans running for customers. The employee working was on his phone the entire time and didn’t respond when we asked questions. The froyo was room temperature, very disgusting. Will not be going back or recommending this place

It’s been some years since I’ve been here and I can say with certainty that I will never be back. There were only 6 out of 10 possible flavors, about half as many toppings as possible, no fresh fruit options, and 2 very indifferent employees. There were crumbs, food, stains, and garbage on the floor as the 2 employees sat behind the counter without giving much eye contact to customers and played music on their phone. Additionally, the garbages were full and there was frozen yogurt stuck to the side of the table. It was so quiet when the music was off that you could hear a pin drop. Talk about awkward silence. And I can’t say for sure but the chocolate and vanilla we all had seemed a bit off. This place used to be so great and I wouldn’t be surprised if this placed is closed by the end of the year. How disappointing.

I went here with my group of friends who don’t live here and it was really disappointing. We wanted fro yo and this was the closest place from where we were and when we got there we didn’t know if it was open or not. 2 machines were out of order and the only flavor I would have gotten was strawberry which was pure liquid. The whole lobby was a mess, the floors and walls were dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while which doesn’t make sense since the place is dead . Only 2 of my 5 friends got something. Do not recommend. There’s a WAY better local place right off north ave called yo factory if you want fro yo that’s good and worth your money.
