Had dinner reservations for my fiancés birthday.. and the place was closed. No communication. Nothing.

I was just there for my bachelorette party and the service and food were both great. The service was especially good! We had sushi and we did a karaoke room, which was very spacious and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend for people looking for a fun night out.

Hands down some of the best Hibachi I've had in the area. Our chef was fun and full of energy and made the dining experience worth it. Would definitely be visiting again.

Really disappointed with this visit. Restaurant was about 1/3 full upstairs only. 50 mins for a drink. The food was screwed up. Missed all the sauces we won't be back here, but the Falls location was on point.

Food seemed pretty pricey compared to other hibachi locations, but was still good. Waiter and hostess were extremely nice! Our family loves the fun and exciting experience of hibachi restaurants and this one just seemed to lack that a bit. Overall wasn’t horrible.

Food was over cooked, waiter never came back for refills and we were charged for items never brought to the table. The ventilation was awful. We had a group of 11 who will never go back after this experience.

I booked a large party for my bachelor party.After we were seated, no one came to our table for 20 minutes to greet us . Once drink order was placed, some people didn’t get their drinks for over 20 minutes. One person in my party never even got their drink.I ordered chicken and scallops, I never got the scallops and the chicken was so over cooked I couldn’t even chew it. The chef must have been new because several people in our party said their food was over cooked, another friend got the scallops and said they were very fishy and chewy.The server never came back to our table to offer us refills or get new orders for drinks.I went downstairs to talk to the manager and told him how bad the service was and how the food was very disappointing. He offered me a drink to make up for it and I told him that was not enough. He said he would take care of part of the bill, but when we received the bill he only took off part of my meal and nothing else.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I will never be back again, and I will tell everyone I know not to come back to this place.It was supposed to be a night of celebration for my bachelor party but sadly they ruined it!!!

This is the worst experience ever, my family and I usually come about twice a month, this time we had 15 people for a birthday gathering. Here’s my problem, the food was good, but the cook was terrible, no interaction, and very, very small portions, the kids meal on the other side was bigger than the adult meals, not to mention it took two hours for the cook to appear. We had to ask 3 times for the birthday ice cream and song!!’ He still returned with the bill with no ice cream! Will I come back to this location? Absolutely not!!!

I am coming back here for my son's birthday. I would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere, service and food are top tier way better than my experience at benihana's restaurant and more reasonable prices and drinks and food accommodations. Absolutely love my son will have the best birthday experience

Nice atmosphere and location. The food however was subpar. Out party of 10 ordered the hibachi meals. The soup was not the least bit warm, and even after complaining about the cold soup they did nothing to rectify the issue. The hibachi meal was very skimpy for the price, and seasoning was non existent. Also, lots of servers standing around not doing much as our dishes collected on the table.

If I listened to what some people wrote, I would have missed out on a great experience! Service was great. Chef was very entertaining. Celebrated my wife's birthday and they did two things for her! We will be back!

A disappointing evening. Chef was good, but table service was not right. Third to charge for another tables bill on mine. Mgr had to straighten it out. Facilities were showing age. Would not recommend.
