This place is littered with health cold violations. Airborne pathogens like Covid are irrelevant. Employees should wash their hands regularly for 30 seconds if their going to touch their hair cough into their hands or touch their cell phones that carry fecal matter and other contaminants. And why don’t they wear gloves? Who is the owner? Why have you allowed these things to transpire in your workplace? Because these employees are young and don’t know any better at least provide hand sanitizer then instruct them to wipe their phones down before they clock in or something. I’m sick and tired of consulting through google reviews. A customer should not have to trouble shoot these problem areas. That’s your job. So rewind the cameras for the last 7 days or whatever , take notes, call a team meeting via zoom or something or email to address things that could lead to viral transmissions or food borne illnesses and have you shutdown.

Ordered off ubereats to have it delivered and was given the wrong type of noodle with mushrooms and shrimp when I had ordered no mushrooms and no meat/protein. Not the first time my food from here was messed up and I will never order from this location ever again. Thankfully Ubereats gave me a refund for my meal.
I applied here online. They sent me texts approving the interview. I show up at 10 am as scheduled. I arrive to workers waiting to be let in. I have to call the store so they can be let in. I mention I’ve been waiting and my interview was supposed to start 5 minutes ago. They ask me to write my number and name so they can call me. 2 days later still nothing. This has gotta be the most unorganized place I’ve ever applied to. I was there for 5 minutes and I’m convinced this place should be shut down. “Nobody wants to work anymore” yeah, management.

I love the salad options here, but recently tried the pad thai noodles and was sorely disappointed. Tastes nothing like simple pad thai from a thai place (which is not that hard to get right). I do not recommend ordering that item on the menu. Also out of the past 5 times I've ordered from here, they've gotten something wrong 3 times. Not a good accuracy rate. That's why only 3 stars.

Compared to other noodles and company locations, the food here always has something wrong with it. The Mac and cheese never has enough cheese (compared to the Oklahoma site especially), I’ve got cold pan noodles, and the food takes a long time to make. I LOVE noodles & co but I’ll probably take the longer drive to go to another location next time.
