Noodles and Company

I ordered online. I ordered mac and cheese as well as pot stickers. The macc and cheese was a little cold but reheating was not a problem. The pot stickers however was one short. Having ordered online for delivery this was not an easy fix.

I ordered the pulled pork Mac n cheese the MOST expensive thing almost and they had the Mac but skimped me on the cheese the noodles were dry n barly had any cheese flavour 1/10

Placed a pick up for around 9:15 and I live 20 minutes away. Grab the food and find out that our marina sauce with our garlic bread only had enough to cover the bottom of its container. Like I understand portion control but like there was not even close to enough for 5 pieces of garlic bread in there. But also more importantly when I got home we realized that the chicken bacon Alfredo that we ordered didn’t have chicken on it. Like it’s in the name of the dish and y’all forgot the chicken, and a portion of that chicken costs $4.25. By the time we got home to eat it was 9:50 and there was nothing we could do about. Needless to say we were very disappointed, we love getting noodles but this was the first time we ordered from this location and it will definitely be the last seeing as this tends to be the norm for this location based off of reviews.

Came at lunch. Too busy and long wait. Food was good.

I showed up 2 hours before they close. The place empty with the employees on their phones and chatting about nothing. I ask to place an order and they tell me to do it online. How is a business going to work when their employees are driving customers away?

My orders get canceled from here every time I place one. They’ll be open for at least another hour and they’ll cancel it. Really odd business practice.

Izze is now only available in 8 oz cans. This is not communicated at all on the website, which still lists the old calorie count for the bottles, as well as the old cost. $3 for a can? Seriously?

This place went down hill.The accuracy of your order is never right. Won’t be ordering from here again. I hope someone reaches out to me to refund me my missing items because it was quite a bit.

After not eating for 28 hours I drove here from up north about a 6 hour drive and came here because I have had this place before about 5 years ago and had a good experience. I walked in and the staff was friendly and took my order: Custom Noodles- Cheese Tortellini, Alfredo sauce, IMPOSSIBLE chicken, and garlic bread. I haven't ate meat in many years. I opened my bag after driving through the insane traffic of Friday night in Milwaukee only to find a individual bowl of undercooked microwaved chicken and a bowl of noodles and a shit ton of bacon and raw broccoli in it? I ordered a dish with meatless chicken....... I unfortunately just had to take it as a loss because it's already 8 at night. This dish and side of 3 soggy garlic bread sticks costed me 26$. I'm just sad.

When you call from 2 to 9 PM or closing time, nobody answers the phone not a single person and then when you place an order at certain times they get canceled

I've been a regular customer at this location for years.
Lately They keep putting my COLD drink inside the bag with HOT food. Not sure how that makes sense to them. When I addressed the issue to one the girl employees, she raised her voice and tried arguing with me. She said "regardless of how you feel, we will keep bagging the food the same way." I simply asked if I could grab a different drink and didn't respond.
Definitely the last time buying my lunch there..

I ordered a regular size Mac and cheese and not only were the noodles the wrong type but this is about ten forks worth of food. I regret tipping ahead of time. This was absolutely not worth half the price I paid

We come here a lot and never have a problem with the food. I recently came in and order my usually and it always turn out burnt and dry. The Mac n cheese was not macing and the buffalo chicken was not buffaloing. Who wants dry Mac n cheese?

We ordered delivery. We ordered 2 rice Krispy treats and received cookies instead. I can only assume they were out of rice Krispy treats. We also ordered pad Tai noodles and substituted some veggies and the order came with no veggies at all! I give no stars for this order. Very disappointed.
