Our server was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name. We were there at 5:00 which is very early for us but we were on our way to a show. It was perfect location if going to anything in the Marcus Performing Arts area.

Food was good. Drinks were creative. Happy hour specials. Not crowded. Street parking was not too difficult. Public parking lot near by. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The food was great and the service was outstanding! We love the retro vibe at The Hotel Metro. And the price was surprisingly reasonable. Dinner for four with plenty of pre-dinner cocktails and glasses of wine with dinner was $220 before tip. I also especially like the hotel's valet parking option. All in it was a great evening!

Our dinner was good - the spicy mussels appetizer was flavorful, not too spicy, and they were done well. The lamb meatballs appetizer was fine but nothing remarkable. Our entrees - the grilled veggie platter, strip steak, burger, and the pescatora (seafood stew) were all tasty but again, nothing to swoon over. The decor and atmosphere are lovely. Our server - who seemed to be the only server on duty - was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful and really great in every way.

The food was horrible. The place was empty, but my party was told that we could not have separate checks. We went to the bar separately to order and then sat together a a high top. Poor experience.

Cute place and loved the variety of options on the brunch menu! Had the eggs Benedict and lemon poppyseed pancakes and both were super tasty. Our server was fantastic as well! I saw they have special deals during the week and got a peak at their dinner menu... so I'm excited to come back and try more things!
