Food was good they just serve you so fast it's hard to enjoy the soup or salad before the entree but I enjoyed it still gave the food a chance to cool down a bit since the food come out so hot!!

I love OG. I eat at all the locations. I enjoy each of them but my last visit to Menomonee Fall location left me with my very own waiter story like the one told in the book QBQ!.
Charles seved my family and I on last thursday for a birthday lunch. He was charismatic, kind, and most of all attentive. Charles is also an active listener who took information from each person at the table and used it to exceed our individual expectations. Even solutions I didnt know he could solve. I am still pleased thinking about this experience a week later, so it is my duty to say once again Thank you Charles, you made us feel like family. Cheers.
Dietary restrictions: Has a delicious salmon and broccoli dish if you are low carb or on a ketogenic diet. I had my reservations before going because you know restaurant full of pasta dishes right! They have something for everyone.

Restaurant looks nice. Food and service suck. One of the worst Olive Gardens I’ve been to. Bangor, ME Olive Garden is phenomenal. But this location in Menomonee Falls, WI we waited over an hour and 15minutes for food. But only my food not my husband’s. His food took another half hour. (They were both cold but we didn’t return them in fear of waiting longer) But at that point we hadn’t even gotten drinks yet. My husband ordered a coffee I asked for water. Upon asking the waiter as nicely as we could muster about the drinks we happen to hear the coffee machine going at the same time, he excitedly said it was the coffee, but it was still another half hour before we got the cold supposed to be hot coffee. We got it when we had already gotten our boxes to go. Rewinding a bit, my food was stone cold, when he got his it was lukewarm, coffee was cold, water had no ice, waiter was the icing on the cake as he was nice but did not wait on us. He also took the tablet away from the table infront of us when we were about to use it. So we couldn’t add to our order or pay in his very long absences. Additionally, I know inflation is a thing right now also, but paying more for worse food and service was a kick in the wrong place. In the end, I feel bad writing this review but I also think that management and leadership should know what their work is going towards and the company’s money also. It’s sad and a waste of a restaurant when the location is so new and provides such poor service. I really hope management read this and work on improvements as I’d love to visit this Olive Garden and give it a shot in the future. Best wishes.

My boyfriend and I came in for our five year anniversary Monday night and we had Layla as our server. I bartend and my boyfriend serves for a living so we know it’s completely rude to even bring out our appetizer before we even received anything to drink. The sauce that was on my appetizer plate wasn’t even the correct sauce for my appetizer. Layla was nice but very distracted and unorganized. We received our meal immediately after she dropped off the salad and breadsticks. We didn’t even have room for it yet on the table. The salad and breadsticks were also brought before we even had even received our drinks still. I ordered a cheesecake to go and we waited 15 minutes for this mushy thing I don’t even want to eat. Why would you put wet toppings on a to go order. Super disappointed.
Dominick is the best! Great, informative and good energy. The best server I’ve ever had at any establishment.
