I attended a birthday gathering in their private/back room area, it’s pretty cool that they have that offering, the room was small but worked out; the cheese pizza we ordered tasted a little bit “doey”, crust was too white, could have been cooked a little bit longer & the variety flavored wings tasted good but were bigger than what I would have liked; great customer service, I felt “comfortable” being that I was only one of two African-American patrons there, the other was part of the party guests. I feel comfortable to return, the drink prices were decent.

When we first arrived, everything went well. The older gentleman that served us (assuming he was the owner) had no problems showing us around the menu and the deals for the evening. However, when we first ordered, we were rushed to put food in. We ordered sodas that came out 5 minutes after the food, which we had to remind him about as he forgot. The Lobster Mac & Cheese tasted like imitation crab. When we tried to send it back, the man argued with us insisting that the quality was good (I tried it, it was not.) and then proceeded to not offer a replacement meal. One was provided when we asked, which then took another 15 minutes. The side of fries we ordered came out with the replacement meal, about 30-35 minutes after we ordered. After everything finally came out (45 minutes at this point) we were ignored for another 10 minutes. Not to mention earlier the man also was sitting with other tables socializing and drinking while we waited for our food and drinks. I had to go to the bar to request my bill, which was finally given to me by the bartender who was very sweet. I’ve spoken to others who have had similar experiences. We were not completely satisfied with any of the food we received, as the taste, texture, or temperature were not right on anything we got. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and want mediocre food at best, do not eat here. I usually do not write bad reviews, or any reviews at all for that matter, but this was genuinely an awful experience.

Don’t even joke about having a drink in the daytime. The Bartender will get Very judgmental And contact your Employer!

Great all you can eat fish fry. Don’t even need tarter sauce good. Service tiny bit slow but they were very busy. Very cool old building with history and drinks good and strong! Recommend if in area

I was in town for a few days and stopped in one evening after working a long day. I got a drink that was perfect, the waitress was friendly and talkative. Then my food came out and it was on point. I got spicy garlic wings and fries. The wings were crispy and saucy with some of the best fries I have had in a while. Just really hit the spot and was exactly what I was looking for.

I use to come here all the time. But recently its changed. On Fridays. I loved the fish fry. But the rye bread is never warm, fried are soggy , never fresh and fish is hit or miss. Sometimes its good , crispy and fresh and Sometimes its overcooked to death and soggy. They never update the decor nor do any new specials. Its always the same old same old. They need to make sure the food comes out fresh. People dont mind waiting 10 min longer if the fries and fish is done good. But when u make customers wait and serve them food thats been sitting out for awhile and expect them to be happy ur wrong. But I use to own 2 restaurants 15 yrs ago. So I will complain and demand a new hot and fresh plate. And when u do that here they get upset. Owner should employ more waiters or servers on Fridays when there super busy. But when u see him sitting at corner of bar and not paying attention its disappointing. Also update ur bathroom. When a bathroom is dirty u know what the kitchen looks like. The cooks look like a criminal. Just stereotyping. But not a good look . If u cant uphold standards sell the place. Ill buy it and show u how it's done

I used to love this place, it was a go to for food that was good and convenient. I guess there is a new ownership because the past two orders were crap. The last one was what they consider.a BLT…I’ve never had a BLT that was dripping and had only one piece of bacon on it. Don’t order from this place

We stopped in for lunch before a flight. I love that it is so close to the airport. The staff was so kind and friendly. Restaurant was clean and has a vintage vibe to it. The food was amazing and great prices.
