I stopped eating at Ogden Panera a few years ago. The food was sparse and tasteless. DAMIEN is saving the day at breakfast. The food is bountiful and delicious. Staff is courteous and professional. Thanks Damien!

Ordered pickup for me and my girlfriend, and it took probably ten minutes longer than the app said it would. The soup came lukewarm, they shorted us a baguette side, and we got the wrong kind of cookie. It’s Panera so my expectations were pretty low but that was sad lol.

The manager Glen, was fantastic. I had questions about a sip club special and he explained things in an easy to understand manner. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.
Overall nice atmosphere with the employees, but 30 min for a sandwich is ridiculous! :(

While the sip Club is great, signing in can be difficult and often inefficient. A card to swipe quickly would be much more efficient. Also, I wish they offered organic coffees. And if you are behind someone ordering for 3 people, you can wait 10 minutes to sign in . The system used by the sign in machine needs to be totally simplified and overhauled. It is only frustrating. I have yet to be able to use it to sign in to the Sip club. I do love their sandwiches and entrees!

Overall nice place, food is solid. Drinks are good, and the bubbly line is more lime-y than at other locations. Bathroom needed upkeep and men’s bathroom is out of order… you need a code to use the restroom. Overall, a solid 4.
