I called this morning for food to be put on the side for pick up. Manager Esmeralda said she was not able to do that. I mentioned i was a regular and it’s hard to get the product as it is I would be there fast. She said no. I said I would be upset if I went and the food was not there. She stated are you threatening me? I don’t think she knows what threatening means as I said I would be upset… “I”. I went to the store to talk to her directly so she could see my face and understand why I wanted it put to the side . She did not want to speak with me and sent another manager to talk to me. I asked for her manager and she said I can’t talk to them. I asked again and then she gave me a Joe H who I will talk to at 1pm today. This was extremely upsetting for no reason and as a manger you should talk to your customer about the situation in person.

Horrible Horrible service! Manager has a lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. She Never apologized for getting my order wrong not only one but 3 times! The manager snatched the bag out of my hands when I asked one of the workers to get the order fix (bagels were not sliced and toasted like I had requested it). I had to ask for a new bag and gloves to fix the bagels appropriately because she threw them in the same wrinkle bag after she finished toasting them, the order looked really bad! I ordered 20 bagels and only received 16! I was missing a cream cheese and I had to go back again for it! I managed this situation in a way that no one else would now days, this type of situation can definitely bring conflict with other customers. Please hire a good manager with good manners!

I got a half salad basically with 5 pieces of lettuce in it…I am not joking I went a got lettuce and filled my salad so I actually had something to eat. It was all banana peppers and air. Disappointed.

This is a great Panera location. The only reason it doesn’t get 5/5 stars is because often they are missing ingredients in our favorite dishes. But the food is always great and the service is wonderful.
I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru. I actually called after I placed it because I wanted some customization and I wanted to make sure they noticed it on the order. Didn't do me any good, the order was still incorrect. They were nice about fixing it but with my extra effort I don't think it should have been wrong to begin with

The absolute worst drive thru I've ever been too......waited for over 10mins for one sandwich knocked on the window employees just ignored me had to call from the car to get someone's attention to get a refund because I had to get to work manager was unhelpful her excuse "I just got here" terrible terrible service

Lettuce hearts don’t go in a warm sandwich like the Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich. It was inedible and gross. There was no chicken in the chicken and wild rice soup. Last time I got your Frontega chicken sandwich and it was rubbery. Food quality is going downhill
