I placed a catering order for a training event, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the original location didn't receive the order, which I only discovered when a staff member went to pick it up. On 11/6/25 the pick-up location couldn’t make the food on short notice, but the corporate office quickly reached out, apologized, and found another location willing to fulfill my large order, even as my training participants were starting to arrive.

When I arrived at the second location, I was greeted warmly. They had clearly received my order but were very busy with a large volume of DoorDash and in-store orders. I appreciated the regular updates on how many box lunches were left to prepare, especially since my order included 27 varieties!

Despite the rush, the team remained kind and positive throughout. Once everything was ready, three wonderful team members even insisted on helping me carry the food to my truck. Their attitudes were amazing, and I’m very grateful to all of them for pulling off my order on such short notice. I didn’t catch their names, but they absolutely deserve recognition for their hard work and positivity. Also, the training participants enjoyed their meal and so did I.

The employees here are AWFUL! My sandwich was mysteriously wet and soggy and I couldn’t even force myself to eat it.

I live literally right next to this walk-in only location. Though I would have preferred a dine-in location, a place where me and.my wife could eat and drink and do our school work, I've really come to appreciate this place. I order here quite frequently. Of the several dozen orders I've placed, only one has had missing items. In this event, I was quickly credited for the entire meal, which, to me, represents a very solid model for customer service. All in all the food and service is exceptional at this location and I will continue to give this Panera location my patronage.

I was excited for my lunch order at work. then they gave me a sandwich that I did not order. I was upset and it ruined my day. apparently they have no idea how to make a simple sandwich. i wanted a bbq cheddar chicken. They gave me a gross cheesesteak with peppers. Disgusting. I threw it out. Gave me diarhea. Never going to this disgusting place again. got me sick for hours.

I'm always met with attitude. I pay for the sip and save club but they only have a 20 ounce coffee not a 30 ounce, even though they offer both on the app. The iced coffee comes out of the machine hot (I don't want melted ice and diluted coffee). Their bathroom is employees only which is a minor inconvenience but still a pain.

Today is March 23,2025 @ 6:04p.m. I talked with an associate which I found out was the manager later in convo was very unresolving for a manager. I explained to him that I ordered soup but there is no spoon. He said what do you want me to do about. So I'm stuck at my job too with no utensils. I hope I don't get sick for putting my mouth directly on the container that I'm sure wasn't stock to do so. I was put in a situation that should have been more resolving to, for instance, next time you order for thus your soup is on us. DO BETTER manager!

i hope panera bread sees this. this location does not know how to make their drinks AT ALL. i regularly go to panera for drinks and the difference between this and other locations is night and day. their employees need new training or just new employees in general. no reason a blueberry lavender lemonade with an advertised 58g of sugar should taste like water with a hint of blueberry. i have tried all the lemonades and teas and i have been overly disappointed every time just giving them one more chance thinking it would be better. seems like they dont know how to measure very easily made drinks’ ingredients.

If i could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered 300$ worth of food for my busy hospital staff and 3/4 of our order was missing when it was delivered. Will never order from here again. It was a pain to get the rest of the order delivered. Would recommend not going to this location.

Latte was served only half filled. Not sure if this is a normal thing or an incorrectly measured when preparing thing. The cinnamon bagel was asked to be cut and toasted, they cut a lopsided paper thin 3/4ths off the bottom and said this is good work before throwing it into the bag with no wrapping of its own meaning the napkins fused to every bit of hot sugar on the outside completely ruining it. The breakfast sandwich was alright.

I live right by this Panera so I go fairly often. There have been a few times when my order wasn’t exactly correct but every time I’ve brought it up to a staff member they resolve my issue politely, quickly, and humbly. Super excited to have this business added to the easy side!

I absolutely love this new Panera! I’m a college student from UWM so when I would want Panera before , I would have to drive all the way to Ogden and, consequently, be late to class. But with this new Panera Bread to go spot, it has made my life so much easier. I now can actually take advantage of the Sip Club membership since it’s so close to school. And because it is a to go spot, the lines are nonexistent. Everything that I order comes out right away. I will definitely be back again and again!
