Last week I tried to place an order for a Hawaiian pizza and the cashier just looked at me and said okay and told me that I can pay after the food is ready and I waited for my order to be ready mind you I waited 1 hour and then I went up to ask if my order is ready and he looked at me dumbfounded and told me straight up that he never took my order so I left mad because I was waiting for my food. Never coming here again and instead went to domino's.

They don't wear caps, they don't wear masks, they don't follow the instructions on the order. I asked for clean cut in the online order and the person used the same cutter that was lying on the table and he said it was clean. How could I believe when that was only cutter and when he was not wearing the cap or masks which shows how hygiene they are. I would never come back to this store.

We ordered pizza online over an hour ago today. We call to see what’s going on with our order. Woman on phone goes on to say they had the delivery set for a later time in the day. Completely wrong considering we have an actual email confirmation set for 3:18pm yet on their end they had it for 530pm. We are now way behind our plans we had for the food and there was no offer of any kind for the inconvenience caused by this location and poorly managed crew. All that was offered was to still have it delivered ASAP but nothing else in terms of coupons or any gesture to express concern for our now crappy experience. It is experiences like these that allow me to make sure my restaurant runs as smooth as possible and what to look out for in my shift. Being a restaurant manager myself, this was a crappy way to handle a customers bad experience.

The door dash stay take 2 hour for delivery, text me and later call me, missing the cheese sticks and 3 sauces, so open the door, already the food is in the floor is suppose wait pay the cash, and call back for said is missing food and said call dash door and he is dash door I call, careful the Papa John's is scam
