Very good pizza, much better than our recent experience at the Franklin Papa John's store. Pizza was made how we ordered it, fresh, hot, cheesy - very impressed with the experience. There are also plenty of deals and specials in the app.

So, we don't go in person, generally ordering delivery. Today, we placed an order around 4:30 for delivery and were told an estimated delivery time of 5:15. Around 5:45 we called to ask about it, and the order hadn't even been picked up by the delivery driver and we were told it'd be another 45 minutes before delivery. We were initially planning to just pick it up ourselves, but got a text that it had been picked up for delivery. An hour later and the store calls back and asks if we were coming to pick it up, since the driver never actually picked it up. We canceled it at that point.

My stuffed crust pizzas were spectacular! So delicious... fast service .. ordered on line n the young lady inside told me I had to order over the phone for the specials but she was kind and explained it to me

Last week I tried to place an order for a Hawaiian pizza and the cashier just looked at me and said okay and told me that I can pay after the food is ready and I waited for my order to be ready mind you I waited 1 hour and then I went up to ask if my order is ready and he looked at me dumbfounded and told me straight up that he never took my order so I left mad because I was waiting for my food. Never coming here again and instead went to domino's.

They don't wear caps, they don't wear masks, they don't follow the instructions on the order. I asked for clean cut in the online order and the person used the same cutter that was lying on the table and he said it was clean. How could I believe when that was only cutter and when he was not wearing the cap or masks which shows how hygiene they are. I would never come back to this store.
