I ordered online. Came to pick up my order only to find they didn’t have the items I paid for. No biggie but please refund me. The teenagers working didn’t know how to operate the register, told me they would refund me but couldn’t produce a receipt. “Trust me bruh, you’ll get your money back.” Uh, no. I would like proof that you did. “I’m a new manager and I don’t know how to print receipts.” I asked him to get another employee to help. Other employee came out to tell me they “don’t do that here. We’ll refund you, I promise.” No, that’s not how this works. In the meantime, his co-worker comes out and starts dropping F-bombs to me, in front of my elementary school aged child. Two customers walked out without ordering after the f-bombs started. 20 minutes later, lo and behold, they somehow managed to print a receipt. Must’ve been magic.Entire restaurant is filthy. Food on the floor. Floor so dirty it’s black in the waiting area. Super glad that we didn’t get food for them, in the long run. Wish it would allow me to post pictures.

Placed an order online 2 hours in advance and went to pick it up to find the store closed and that they didn’t make it cause they ran out of cheese no call or anything UPDATE- they gave me a PARTIAL refund of 15 dollars on a 50 dollar order that was never prepared and I never received 7 dollars of the refund was a tip I added to my order

Did online ordering for this location and when I arrived the building was dark. One girl inside stated they were closing at 7- in was 630 and she stated my pizzas weren’t made as the ran out of cheese.

They seem to have staffing issues, especially on Tuesdays. Online ordering is not very beneficial when you have to wait a half hour after your scheduled pickup time. It's disappointing when the only crust available is thin crust.

Don't attempt getting take and bake pizzas after 3PM. They won't take your order either online or in store. Completely unreliable to buy pizzas. Kind of sad, actually.

This place is a mess! They didn’t answer when I called so o drove up there. Employees all had AirPods in so they could barely hear what u were saying. Then a customer came in and experience and got into a fight with the employee. They were swearing at each other for a while before the customer left without a pizza. They need to figure their stuff out big time!
The smell of urine was intense. Ordered online and 30 min later was not ready, no people in the store, they don't have salads and they didn't know how to refund my money, offensive rap music playing loudly and incompetent workers on duty. I will never go there again.

Went there at 215 on a Saturday. Sign said open I walked in the lights were off no one was behind the counter, the cooler had a single 2 liter diet Pepsi the sides area was empty no one answered when I said hello.... not sure if they had 1 employee and they were out back smoking or what but it was literally an empty store.....

I ordered a gourmet veggie from GH and just added black olives to it. When it arrived, there weren't black olives on it, so I don't think they paid attention to the order form and just assumed it was the normal gourmet veggie. Pizza was really good still. I added two ranch dips because I like to dip my pizza in ranch when I eat it and I saw the ranch they sent me expired on August 9th and I ordered it August 26th. It's not a crazy amount of time past expiration but still...they shouldn't be sending expired sauce packets out with orders so I didn't really appreciate that and didn't eat them.

They always seem to be out of something on my orders. But they're polite enough about it, I know it's not the employees fault, GM and Franchisees evidently don't order enough ingredients. Love me some Take and Bake pizzas though and their quality is just the same as other locations.

I LOVE their pizza's!! All of the ingredients are fresh and you can even use EBT there which is really convenient for alot of families. Just like getting pizza from a restaurant you just have to put it in the oven yourself. I will continue to go back. Also good customer service!
