I just called to place an order for me and some friends after I raved about how good the burgers are. I called. No answer. I figured it’s Sunday at 2pm maybe they are busy. I wanted and called back. No answer. I waited again. Then called back. No answer.
On the seventh attempt (I was determined), the phone if finally answered. It’s picked up……I hear nothing. A full 4 seconds go by and nothing. Then finally a dude who sounded like he was sleeping says “hello”. I’m confused, maybe I got the wrong number. I respond. “Hello?” Another pause, maybe 3 seconds. “Uh yeah, this Patty Shack”
“Are you ok?” I ask, worried that this dazed and confused employee might be the one making my burger.
Another pause.
“Yeah…..are you ok?”
“I say yeah, are you working rn? That’s how you answer the phone?”
No reply. A long pause.
Still nothing.
“Nah I’m good”
If you can get past the terrible service (and I wish I could say that this is an isolated incident, but the service is consistently as bad as the food is fantastic) go in person and try it out. Just wake up the cashier.

Long wait so didn't get to order. People in line were said to have been waiting for an hour. Food must be very good for that commitment. I will try again another day.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger single the bacon was bacon crumbles the patty was crispy around the edges the sandwich was $9.00 no fries I did get the fry sauce to try at home the fry sauce garbage I will try them again but I will let them know I want my cheeseburger to look like the pic on their website I am not happy about this and the onions were diced medium size very subpar sandwich u might as well go to Wendy's at least the sandwich will be hot

In Milwaukee and was looking for a burger place. Found the Patty Shack in the BayView neighborhood. Located in a modern unassuming storefront this restaurant makes my list. The burgers are hand formed and are rather delicious. No frozen grey patties here. The fries were good. Service was excellent and quite fast. The dining area itself was clean. There is off street parking. I would definitely go back.

Horrible service. Waited over an hour for order placed in person. Once we received order.food was not hot after waiting all that time. Paud for items that were not on sandwich. We paid for onion rings to only have 5-6 in order. Will not be going back again. Very disappointed!! Next time you advertise yourself on the news. Make sure you have the manpower to handle the business you may receive.

The BURGERS are phenomenal. Service too. I was greeted by the Owners Nephew and also the Owner took my order. He recommended the Burger with Pastrami on it. I got ordered one while I was picking up an order for my partner. I got home and it was so good. Juicy nice portions and it came with fries. All the staff were amazing and I am most definitely coming back. I’m actually going to be on my way there now 😂
