Very nice service nice people and the breakfast was nice and hot very good great place to eat for breakfast, launch, and dinner yes I will be going back to eat again.

I’ve been living in TX for a decade now. Perkins is one of the must visit places for me to eat when I go back home. I try to visit enough to try as much as I possibly can on the menu. The presentation of the food looks almost exactly like the menu pictures. The service is always fast and friendly no matter which location I go to.

Walked in and there was 6 customers. Ordered Mac & Cheese for my 2 year old right away since she eats slower. Ordered my food about 10 minutes later. Took them 25 minutes to get us our food. Didn't even bring her Mac & Cheese and fruit out till I got my food. This is after I asked the manager what was taking so long. After which she replied "I'll look into it" while rolling her eyes. When we did get our food her Mac & Cheese was cold from sitting out for so long. Chicken soup tasted like it was 3 days old. Never will I go back there ever again. Terrible service and terrible food. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Waitress was really nice, the restaurant itself is lacking in service and there's an old man that was waiting another table was very rude with a couple elderly ladies told them to get up and move so he could clean there table he didn't ask he demanded, then told them he'd been here 15 years. I hope that's not the way Perkins as a whole conducts customer service. I'll tell you how the food was in a few. Besides the dirty diages

Perkins is a very good place to eat! Good food choices, great menu. Menomonee Falls needs a Perkins Restaurant! Corner of Pilgrim Road and Main Street would be a great location.

Food was great service was great only let down was the apple pie 2 go looked like the bottom of the pan uncooked.... All is good but pie sucks

Didn't have any glasses of water on the table, forgot my fruit and didn't have ham on the bone. Syrup mugs were dirty.

Slow service due to not being staffed well enough. Waitress was very nice and informative about how long food was going to take. She definitely made that better. Despite waiting forever for the food, it was really good.

I come here fairly regularly. Good food and reasonable prices. Service can be hit or miss but food usually comes on time. They have a duo: 1/2 sandwich and soup that's pretty good. I've never had to wait to be seated - there are always booths available. The atmosphere is a typical family restaurant one.

My visit was ok. Under new management and the place wasn't like it used to be. The service wasn't the best. I've been to better sit down restaurants with better customer service.

Very slow. Food was warm but not pipping hot. Sides were forgotten. It wasn't busy, which made it very frustrating. The food itself it was good.

Great food, great service even when they were busy. Quick efficient with reasonable prices. They will make accommodations for special diets and alternative ingredients. Perfect location convenient, people are friendly.

Surprisingly good. Great options and portions. Service good be a little bit more professional but they are nice.
