We booked a party with Pilot Project MKE, and they worked with us to recreate dishes to suit our guests of honors’ dietary needs. Then, when things fell apart at the very last minute, they went out of their way to take care of the few of us who had put so much time into organizing the event. Custom shots, complimentary desserts from the kitchen and expert service. I’ll book with them again and plan to be a patron regularly.

The food is mild at best , asked for the kale salad and got anything but it , the chicken was under cooked and bones included in the pieces the services is mid at best …

The plants are nice and the lighting is amazing. The service was pretty awful. 6 bartenders behind the bar and no one said anything to us or informed us someone would be with us. We were in a group and transferred the tab to the table. Our server barely checked on us through out.
We got the chicken sandwich.
The chicken was really good but the sandwich overall boring. Aioli no flavor. Coleslaw made the bun so soggy.
Graduation weekend and they utilized the space poorly.
10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Great beer selections - LOVED the pickle beer. Good bar food, great service. Incredible atmosphere.

I walked into the sunny open and inviting dining room to find Shauna amidst the glorious illumination of the bar. We ordered the best flight of bottomless mimosas one could ever wish to receive, cheese curds that were a steps above the rest and eggs & bacon, that was straight off the hogs back and deliciously candied. The food came out so quick but the Prosecco came even faster. Why would I go anywhere else on a Sunday 🥰🥰🥰 If I could give this spot 8 stars I would, it’s top notch.

We hosted a surprise birthday party here this past weekend and I can’t say enough positive things about the venue and staff. Kristi was amazing to work with through the planning process and was a super clear communicator, food was great, our day of service was great, overall price was super reasonable. Definitely recommend Pilot Project for a planned get together, they made everything so easy and seamless!

Pilot Project was the perfect size for our group of 50. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere and easy access. In house catering was a real plus over previous venue.

My group of guys and I celebrated a birthday at Project Pilot Brewing, and the whole experience was solid. They had our reserved table ready to go when we arrived, and the atmosphere was really nice—open layout, high ceilings, and big skylights that give the place an airy, relaxed vibe.

The large bench-style tables were perfect for our group. I had the brisket sandwich with a mashed potato spread—unique and tasty! The crew also really enjoyed the in-house beers. All around, a great spot for good food, good drinks, and a laid-back time.

The food was great, the double charging on my card wasn't. Thanks for awarding me a 45 minute call to the bank to dispute the charges.

Unlike other breweries, this place is a mix between a great service of a restaurant and food, with variety of drink and beer options. The space is very comfortable and the staff were super nice. The food was great, although the smash burger was a little too greasy and the fries a little too salty. Will go back again when the weather allows outdoor seating.

I had the PERFECT wedding at Pilot Project. Erin was enjoyable to work with start to finish. My wedding vision was - plants, sunshine, and good vibes. That’s exactly what I got. GREAT FOOD too! I would highly recommend Pilot Project for a wedding venue.

We recently hosted a baby shower at Pilot Project and it was an exceptional experience. The planning process was easy and smooth. The entire team was great with communication and the costs were clear upfront. The food was outstanding and we had a wide variety to choose from. The lounge area was perfectly suited for our event and the guests loved the variety of beers. Can't recommend Pilot Project enough!

I had a lot of fun on this brewery tour and they had a lot of good beer. Brandon was our tour guide and he was hilarious. Made it really fun. They also give you a good few pours on the tour and then discounts on beer at the bar after. 10/10 would go again
