Not open when they are supposed to be. Drove 45 minutes because it was the closest location. Was closed an hour if not more than when they were supposed to be. No sign in a door or window stating it was closed. Employee was sitting inside at a table just watching not doing anything only a turned off the open sign. Didn't attempt to say anything about being closed just watched us walk up and stared as we walked away.

Shop showed open online, allowed for an online order midday on a Saturday, but was closed when I showed up to pick up my food. No phone number that someone would answer to help, or indication as to why they were closed.

I ordered the Super Greek with Schug, had it toasted and it was pretty decent. A little too much feta but besides that, this was a well made pita. I would return for another

I really want to like this place. The food is good but the service is routinely bad. There is about a 50/50 chance they are actually open during their actual service hours.
The last 4 times I have tried to got there while they were "open" the doors were locked despite staff working. Any time they get a catering order they CLOSE DOWN THE ENTIRE STORE. There has got to be a better way of doing business than that and I am sick of walking to the restaurant on my lunch break just to see they have decided to be closed for an indeterminate amount of time.
I will be more than happy to give this place a good rating once they fix this issue.

Good food, and some of the usual cashiers and cooks are great. Today I had a cashier that was dressed in PJ pants, with headphones on, speaking way too quiet.
I can't even tell if he got my order correct, but in my opinion it's really unprofessional to have PJs and headphones on when you're working with people and food..
