The store was closed for no reason, and yet they were listing themselves as open on the app. The app took my order and tells me to call the store to cancel my order. After some time my order was marked as complete while I stood outside the closed store with no one inside.Pita Pit doesn't have a customer care number to reach out to.

Horrible customer service, the guy in the back was swearing when we entered! Won't be going back there ever again.

Very friendly staff! The location was super clean and a cool place to try at least once.I got the Super Greek with Schug but when I got it, it wasn’t too warm and it didn’t taste like real gyro. Wasn’t my cup of tea for gyros but a cool place to try while in MKE.

Tasha was amazing. My first time ever in a pita pit and she was incredibly friendly and sweet. The place was clean and comfortable. 10/10 making this my regular after-work out spot.

EDIT: Wednesday at noon. I was close and hungry so I thought I'd give them another chance. I can't actually tell you if it had improved because I walked in, was asked if it was an order or pick up, and when I said "order" I was informed that they were not taking orders because they didn't have enough staff. So....close the doors then. Why would you stay open if you can't serve a customer standing in front of you? In a downtown restaurant at noon during the week? Once again, I gave my business to Potbelly's down the street. Which, BTW, is always fast, yummy and occasionally friendly.Yuck. Yuck. The staff is rude and act like you're a major inconvenience. And the sandwich was just this side of inedible. I'll take my business to Potbelly's.

Nice sandwich. Way more veggies than protein.

Decent falafel and pita. Nothing special, nothing bad. Restaurant looks like it could be a Sbarro or Subway - blah interior with old 90s decor and seating. Service could be more friendly and enthusiastic. Food too, as it looked not the most appetizing (see pictures). Hummus was flavorful, pita and falafel not so much. Good place to go if in a pinch otherwise walk/drive a little further for something better.

Very kind employees. The poor lady seemed to have trouble understanding what I wanted despite me pointing at the photo and reading it out. That's okay though.I was on a time crunch and felt it took kind of a long time to get it, so that's the only thing I'd change. I chose to come here because I knew my hotel would take too long. That said - I really enjoyed this more than the salmon salad I had at The Social in the Hilton (the said hotel).Would have enjoyed it more if it came out a little sooner so I wasn't inhaling it.

I am a bit biased since i was a regular at the old location however I view it more as reliably good food worth the detour!!
