The man with glasses and a beard did PHENOMENAL!!! He was working all by himself and doing so many things at once while also having awesome customer service skills. He was very nice to me and my friend. The food was also really good I’m very impressed. Will come back!

This is crazy. Pita pits food is amazing, absolutely amazing. This was only my second time going but the first blew me away, good hearty portions and I added however much of whatever toppings inside, but that was at the off campus hospital location which is no longer open for some odd reason. Let's get on with the negatives. First off parking for both locations is atrocious, atleast the other one had a parking lot. Second I had to go to both locations because the other location was closed and had all their food put up and away at 8 when they close at 9. Then I go to this location and the door is locked. The only employee walks up and says they're closing soon, umm ok but you're open so let me in, but I asked to order something really quick and was let in. It didn't take long for my food but I WAS the only person. Come to assembling my pitas though, the employee was adding toppings like they had a shortage when all the pans were full. I kept having to ask, can I get some more?.. and even on my second pita when I asked for him to go heavy I still had to ask for more before he tried to close my pita. I would love to leave a 5 star review since I absolutely love pita pits food but I just can't right now. Maybe get a location with a parking lot, preferably somewhere in northern Milwaukee or a northern suburb, and get some better employees or just train them in customer service a little better. I'll gladly change this to a five star review if things change.. I'll give it another chance in a few months and maybe try during the day i don't know if that'll make a difference tho.

I ordered from pita pit, paid 8 dollars for the delivery, and recieved the wrong pita and no drink. I checked with the driver and she did not have the correct order. Pita pit used uber eats for delivery and I have been trying to call Pita Pit for the past half hour now and I just keep getting hung up on :(

Placed a order to be delivered and as a first time customer I will never go back! Our order was never delivered. When we finally got a hold of someone after about one hour of calling the restaurant the employee said he could remake our order but we had to pick it up. Not accommodating at all. So no food. We are out a $5 delivery charge and a tip. What a pit is correct.

One guy walking around eating from the displays and making smoothies for himself, while one employee made the sandwiches. Extremely slow, makes you wonder if either people behind the counter worked there.

Poor customer service. Cancelled my order and did not issue a refund. It has been a week, and I had to reach out to corporate for a refund.

I eat here about once a month. It's usually a quick stop because I'm the only customer. Today I was not the only customer and my walk-in order took 34 full minutes to complete. How is that even possible? Unbelievably slow.

Meanwhile the manager just sat in back making 1 girl make the entire order herself.
