Slow service.... like glacially slow. The app said 30 to 40 minutes I got my food 1 hour and 15 minutes later. The last three orders from there either had something missing or I was given the wrong item. The food is great, if you get it.

I ordered online and waited for two hours and it never came. I leave nearby so I pulled up and the store was closed….. at 10:30 and the store is supposed to be open until midnight. Online Order Status still says “working on your order”. Don’t waste your time!!!

Ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce, and when it arrived it barely had any sauce on it and the cheese was completely dry/burnt around the edges. This is the second time I've had a problem with this location.

#PizzaHut is absolute b.s! I ordered a pizza for delivery this evening from the restaurant on Farwell Avenue in Milwaukee. They charged my credit card and NEVER DELIVERED the pizza! I tried calling them and was unable to reach anyone other than a prerecorded message. Tried calling again, spoke with someone likely in India, who told me to hold for a manager, and then...nothing. The line went dead. Got online to use their customer service chat, and all that I got from them was they were "forwarding my complaint to upper management." No, I don't want an incident number. I want my MONEY back!

Ordered delivery, over 3 hours later and it was still in the oven and I had called 9 times with no answer, but they were clearly open. Now I have to wait 3 days for a response from pizza hut which half of the reviews said led nowhere and they got
No refund.. so potentially $40 down the drain and I tipped $9 on a $35 dollar order.. So just don’t order from here at all. I have no experience with carryout ( which reviews say the food in general is just terrible and inedible) but if you order delivery you won’t even get what you ordered and there’s NO way to cancel. Almost had no food last night.

I visited Pizza Hut yesterday and I ordered, chicken Alfredo, and a pepperoni medium pizza and my pizza looked rushed and undercooked, but chicken Alfredo was actually good, at first I was undecided if I wanted to eat it, like I said Alfredo was good! ℹ never got ? that was bad from, ℹ don’t know if someone was having tired day @work or not. Let’s hope next time it will be better.?

No words about this location. Absolutely the rudest staff, forgot sauces. I mean I love Pizza Hut but this location is absolutely horrible. To think I even tipped them silly me ! Lesson learned ! Won’t be returning.

No refund or credit given.
Poor customer service.
An hour and a half long wait time.
Wrong order given after waiting so long.
This was an overall bad experience. I would rate a 0 if I could. I will not be returning
