This is the worst pizza hut I've ever had deliver from. Door dasher was super rude and they didn't give us our pop and didn't let us know that they dont even have pop in the store right now. Do yourself a favor and go eat anywhere else. Nasty!

After giving my address and card information I rec’d a phone call that I was out of delivery area. I now have to wait 2-3 days to get refund. In meantime I used DoorDash and they charged me twice for 1 pizza. So Im currently waiting on $40 in refunds for pizza that was cold upon arrival

Called in my order for one large pepperoni pizza and a double order of bread sticks, and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes after, paid for the order, and was told it was almost done. Waited another 20 minutes, found out they messed up my order, and they made a large italian sausage pizza with breadsticks. After waiting over an hour after my initial call, I finally received my order. Pizza was okay, both breadsticks were burnt, and I couldn't even enjoy the breadsticks because they were so hard to bite into. If you're looking for fast pizza on the go, this is not the place.

Cheese pizza was burned. Breadsticks were missing all the parm cheeses on top. The manager was great and made new ones but by the time we got home all our pizzas were cold. The pizza was not done on time either. The sausage tasted old.

Don't order Uber eats from the the employees or the Uber driver stole my $54.00 dollar I never got what I ordered they gave .e a whole new order hard ass pizza cold is a bricks and burnt gave unsauced buffalo bites wrong 2 litter soda I never got my chicken Alfredo with garlic bread never got cookie pan or sauce cup of ranch just wast of my money called the store they claim they don't see my order or name in the system and kept telling me the Uber driver stole my order I placed the order at 8:49pm and didn't get the order to 10:49pm

Been years ordered from this store never had an issues until today 3/2/25. I ordered big family box dinner pizza. I a box and back to home because kids were waiting. I trust them so never open and check. I got all big dinner but missing Cinnamon Sticks that extra place ordered. Called for anything they can help but got on hold for 14 minutes never get return and talk to me. I will customer service and report this on week day
Customers beware!Poor customer service, The employees seem like they hate their job. When I arrived, I was not greeted. Gentleman handed me my food without no bag. He seemed to be upset after i Swiped my card and didn't leave a tip. Due to the fact that he didn't even greet me and he missed half of what I ordered.

After giving up on this Pizza Hut for several years, my kid wanted stuffed crust pizza so I thought I would give it another shot. Places order online. No updates on the delivery app to let me know when the food would arrive. One of two pizzas had incorrect toppings and the breadsticks were missing entirely. The driver told me to call the store but, when I did they picked up and hung up immediately. Called back and left a voicemail complaint. Never got a response.

Called to speak with someone and received a voicemail, where a message was left. At time of thus review is approximately 20 hours later and no call back.
I would think twice before ordering from this location.
