I could not believe the service at this location. I tried placing a delivery order right down the road. I sat on hold for 20 minutes then someone picked up and hung up. I attempted to place my order in which it confirmed an hour later no pizza. I then contacted the store in which a woman answered took my information never informed me to hold but it appeared she had put me on hold to the music. She comes back to the phone says hello puts me on hold again. A guy answers the phone says hello. I responded Sir I’m trying to see what’s going on with my order he then hangs up. Two hours later no food. What a pretty crappy experience. I wouldn’t trust the food now. Pizza Hut do better this location sucks

Let me start off by saying I love Pizza Hut. This is one of my favorite locations EXCEPT The girl in there with the black hair, she has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. She was slamming the doors to the warmers. She left my pizza sitting to be cut for over five minutes while I’m standing right there looking at it, she went to go sauce some wings, then walked in the back and stood there. Luckily the manager came up and got her to cut my pizza. This is not the first occasion I came in and she acted like that. UPDATE: Me and my son both got food poisoning from the pizza!! That girl who left my pizza sit out for who knows how long needs to do better I shouldn’t have gotten sick

I had the most amazing experience I'm this restaurant talk about hot and ready! The customer service was great all workers were respectful and very polite! I enjoyed the food and so did my family thank you so much no one can out pizza the hut 🥰
I'd rate zero stars if I could! I ordered two pizzas an hour before they closed for delivery with an estimated time of arrival at 11:48, I'm currently sitting here at 12:31 with no update, no pizzas, and i cannot even contact the store to see what the hell is going on. I got nothing. Will be getting a very angry phone call from me tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable.

Placed an order and an item was missing. Called the store and was told it would be put in the oven and sent out right away. Called an hour later and was told it was on the way. Called 40 mins later same thing. Then TJ screened my calls as I tried to get an update and cancel that partial of my order that was taking over 2 1/2 hours(original hour wait + the called out time above). I called to place a new order and they patched me directly to the branch and I was still screened. Had my gf call in and answered immediately. Poor professionalism. Never got the last item.
Placed a food order, said it was going to be delivered at 9pm. It arrived at 9:10pm, granted it was snowing, but then it wasn't even the complete order. One item was missing. Called the store at 9:12pm, was told they would put it in the oven right away and send it out. Called AGAIN at 9:55pm to ask when we could expect it or if we could get our points back. They said order got put with another order and its on its way. Still waiting....

Absolutely terrible service. Food didn’t show up after 2 hours and no one answers their phone. Had to drive there to see what was going on. Save your time and money and eat literally anywhere else
