After ordering my food for delivery and it being absolutely wrong. I had to get out at 9:00 PM in the cold to go get my order. I was told that I didn't order what I proved I ordered. Only to get home and check my food again and the honey bbq wings I ordered were plain.

I ordered my food from this location, (midtown) and was given the wrong food which is not pizza hut's fault it was Door Dash! Anyways, I returned the food prepared to go to war about my order and that ended up not being the case at all. The young lady at the register was very nice and one of the cooks came out and assisted and reassured me that he would make my food fresh. I left with my order a happy customer. 11/25/25

Ordered pizza last night for my 40th Birthday today and couldn’t get my order due to door dash not finding a dasher in time so the store closed before I got the chance to eat! However, today I received a random call and it was Pizza Hut! The GM there, Ms. Rachel had called me to express her concerns, Wished me a Happy Birthday, Gave Me a Full Refund and Gave me My Birthday order for free! If that’s not Professionalism I don’t know what is! She was so nice, kind and very sweet! I’m so glad I got the chance to experience this person because nowadays people aren’t so kind! Her Customer Service and ability to go above and beyond is what I feel make this Pizza Hut the Absolute Best in Town! Keep up the Great Work Queen! I hope Pizza Hut Appreciates you as much as I do! This place is horrible. The service there is awefull there are days when the door is locked because there isn’t any workers. They never have exactly what you asked for and they substitute things without telling you and to top it off, they are way too expensive to only give out boneless wings with every deal…just terrible

Anyone giving a one star or similar is just ignorant and hating. I’ve been to every Pizza Hut in Milwaukee and this (the capitol location) is the best spot. Not only is the inside clean, but there’s plenty of booths to sit and the food was made how it should be. I never leave reviews but I was shocked how well this location runs given the area and how rough it is. I only gave 4 stars cause the location itself is in a run down ass shopping center parking lot. Would’ve been 5 if the surroundings weren’t so bad to look at. But the employees and staff were all nice and friendly

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and got mostly cheese and nearly no meat. I could literally count each piece of sausage and the pepperoni was lacking as well and no ham at all. What happened. Are you going out of business a rationalizing??

I ordered the triple treat I received 2 pizzas missing my regular bread sticks and cinnamon breadsticks. Couldn't get anyone on the phone it just rang and went busy. No resolution to my items missing. Horrible service.

Requested a refund for a missing item or to speak to a supervisor. The store doesn’t answer. The guy from the chat ended the conversation when a requested the number for corporate. I found the number for corporate you can’t speak to a live person, they refer you to the website . Conveniently enough the chat is no longer available and you can not submit a complaint due to a system error. Screenshots attached. The location should be shut down immediately. Never get a good experience . No matter how many chances you give them . And of course my food was cold..
***update 12/16/2024 the supervisor of this location has since corrected my order and everything was done to perfection. She was extremely courteous and professional. I was not expecting this at all since my last few experiences were horrible. Thank you to her I will be back. ****
