I ordered a meat lovers pizza and got mostly cheese and nearly no meat. I could literally count each piece of sausage and the pepperoni was lacking as well and no ham at all. What happened. Are you going out of business a rationalizing??

I ordered the triple treat I received 2 pizzas missing my regular bread sticks and cinnamon breadsticks. Couldn't get anyone on the phone it just rang and went busy. No resolution to my items missing. Horrible service.

Requested a refund for a missing item or to speak to a supervisor. The store doesn’t answer. The guy from the chat ended the conversation when a requested the number for corporate. I found the number for corporate you can’t speak to a live person, they refer you to the website . Conveniently enough the chat is no longer available and you can not submit a complaint due to a system error. Screenshots attached. The location should be shut down immediately. Never get a good experience . No matter how many chances you give them . And of course my food was cold..
***update 12/16/2024 the supervisor of this location has since corrected my order and everything was done to perfection. She was extremely courteous and professional. I was not expecting this at all since my last few experiences were horrible. Thank you to her I will be back. ****

They need no stars because how you deliver food that never made it to me while looking at the tracker say my stuff still in the oven. Then when call to ask questions they don’t answer! Dominos may not have the best pizza but they are 10 times better on customer service. Piss poor!

My order was missing items because of doordash and I called Pizza Hut.The employee and her manager didn't hesitate to take care of me and replaced the missing items eventhough they weren't at fault for the missing items.The customer service is great! The food was fresh and delicious.I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered an ultimo tavern style pizza. When I arrived, I was given a thin crust supreme. I asked for a remake because "they don't do refunds". After waiting another 20 mins I received another thin crust pizza with similar toppings but not 100% correct. Defeated, I left with a sweet marinara thin crust pizza?.

Most disappointed pizza ever and super embarrassing, I had family over we decided you can never go wrong with pizza hut and here we go receiving this crap not only that but they got the order wrong too and to top it off the pizza was not cut properly. I honestly dont think anyone had more than 1 slice, shouldn't have had any leftovers and yet there was So I threw the rest out because not worth saving or going for seconds.

I have had 3 experiences at this location. I have had 3 issues at this location. At a certain point you need to either complete your deliveries, or answer the phone to issue your refunds. Oh also the first time I ever called here I got yelled at?? Why??

Pizza Hut in mid town is terrible and yes I used to work there they give out moldy toppings and when I said sum about it to customers one of the managers fired me for it so yes do not eat there I highly recommend eating somewhere else Pizza Hut mid town needs help so if you don’t want to lost your life or get very sick so not eat there ?????? and where the all that moldy stuff at is where they keep the dough for the pizzas and all that other stuff is how it look where they fry y’all chicken
