This place is horrible. The service there is awefull there are days when the door is locked because there isn’t any workers. They never have exactly what you asked for and they substitute things without telling you and to top it off, they are way too expensive to only give out boneless wings with every deal…just terrible

Anyone giving a one star or similar is just ignorant and hating. I’ve been to every Pizza Hut in Milwaukee and this (the capitol location) is the best spot. Not only is the inside clean, but there’s plenty of booths to sit and the food was made how it should be. I never leave reviews but I was shocked how well this location runs given the area and how rough it is. I only gave 4 stars cause the location itself is in a run down ass shopping center parking lot. Would’ve been 5 if the surroundings weren’t so bad to look at. But the employees and staff were all nice and friendly

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and got mostly cheese and nearly no meat. I could literally count each piece of sausage and the pepperoni was lacking as well and no ham at all. What happened. Are you going out of business a rationalizing??

I ordered the triple treat I received 2 pizzas missing my regular bread sticks and cinnamon breadsticks. Couldn't get anyone on the phone it just rang and went busy. No resolution to my items missing. Horrible service.

Requested a refund for a missing item or to speak to a supervisor. The store doesn’t answer. The guy from the chat ended the conversation when a requested the number for corporate. I found the number for corporate you can’t speak to a live person, they refer you to the website . Conveniently enough the chat is no longer available and you can not submit a complaint due to a system error. Screenshots attached. The location should be shut down immediately. Never get a good experience . No matter how many chances you give them . And of course my food was cold..
***update 12/16/2024 the supervisor of this location has since corrected my order and everything was done to perfection. She was extremely courteous and professional. I was not expecting this at all since my last few experiences were horrible. Thank you to her I will be back. ****

Made an online order…took 15 mins on the app. Waited 20! Before I picked up. Then got there and they never made it and told me 20 mins…..
They need no stars because how you deliver food that never made it to me while looking at the tracker say my stuff still in the oven. Then when call to ask questions they don’t answer! Dominos may not have the best pizza but they are 10 times better on customer service. Piss poor!

My order was missing items because of doordash and I called Pizza Hut.The employee and her manager didn't hesitate to take care of me and replaced the missing items eventhough they weren't at fault for the missing items.The customer service is great! The food was fresh and delicious.I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Ordered an ultimo tavern style pizza. When I arrived, I was given a thin crust supreme. I asked for a remake because "they don't do refunds". After waiting another 20 mins I received another thin crust pizza with similar toppings but not 100% correct. Defeated, I left with a sweet marinara thin crust pizza?.
