This place need to be shut down. I ordered online 30 mins before I got there. Apon arrival I noticed a cardboard handwritten sign on the drive-thru window I already knew it said some like windows close and I was right. But before I entered I saw two very young girls flipping over the booth seats. So I went in to get my order and let's say it was Chaos. Not because it was busy, but because it was Extra curricular activities going on That didn't pertain to the business. Staff making drug deals, workers doing drugs while on job, not completing food orders, staff kids running A muck etc. By the way i left with no food because the pizza was done but they never dropped the wings which would been 15 more min. I was over the complete ghettoness of this place. It's clear the Franchise person do not visit this place often.This place need to be shut down!!!

About a month ago I come inside and every employee is passing cigarettes blunts and black n milds. Come from outside and start touching food. Just crackish. Today the girl in front has the dirtiest nails I've ever seen on a female and has the nerve to use those nails to open pizza boxes and chicken containers...ugh. Managers just get paid but nobody is getting real training. Glad the food wasn't for my family.

Called store 7 times tonight after ordering and the store didn't even answer, we waited an hour for delivery before calling and no answer. This location purposely ignores customers and tamper with food
This has to be the worst food establishment I have ever been in. They have very ignorant kids working here who have no concept of customer service. After waiting forever in the long line created by the cashier more intersted in flirting with the cooks than doing her job. Then leisurely walking around while customer wait. The owner of this establishment needs to do something. Just because your in a poor urban "black" area doesn't exempt you or your employees. You should definitely be ashamed of this in all regards smh.

Odd carry out system. If the customer's order is not ready when they come to the window they let them sit there until it's ready holding up the line. They should wave them on and tell to come back when it is ready. Door are locked so you have to wait in the drive thru line. Ordered at 4:22 it's 5:36 and they made it wrong.
