Pizza Hut

When I ordered the pizza online I got an email stating that it would be done at 710. I called the store at 730 asking where our pizza was. the staff member said it's been done and they were waiting for a doordash to pick it up. Than 2 minutes later I got a text message stating a dasher had been assigned. This told me that Pizza Hut forgot about our order. Our food was finally delivered at 8:15 cold. Wouldn't order from there ever again!

Absolutely trash hole!! This used to be a great spot! Now it's dirty, run down and the customer service is as garbage as their pizzas!! $75 for 3 medium pizzas and bread sticks! No thanks!!

Should be zero stars. Third time in a row they did not sent the soda. Third time in a row they got the pizza wrong. Not to mention the send it through uber eats who say they have no clue because they dont see the order.
I also tipped $15. Fuqdat
DONT DO IT! Ill stick with Dominoes on capital. They get it right and their drivers are great.

The day I went, I ordered two 2topping pizza's. It was a day that training was happening at the store. So it took 50 minutes b4 my order was completed. On other visits its been 18-20 minutes.

The pizza had lil to no sauce on the pizza... the pizza was off with the taste... I have had better pizza from pizza hut

The owner came up to my vehicle, got in my face, cussed at me, SPAT in my face - my glasses caught flecks of her pathetic attempt at a loogie . One of the employees was trying to help find someone to assist me with jumper cables. I was able to get AAA and let the employee know that - did not notice the car that pulled up next to me was apparently this owner. I was working with AAA as this person in the car next to me proceeded to throw some type of toddler meltdown. She then got out of her car because she got no attention from me that way and came at me pointing her finger in my face and cussing. She ended it by spitting. Said she was the boss. This is a big fat ZERO star review.

Worst Pizza Hut in US!! Didn’t deliver my food when it said it was out for delivery. Called them and said someone would be picking it up soon. That was an hour later, asked to have it remade. Delivered me the old one, never made new and then forgot both sauces for breadsticks. Called them, they put me on hold to talk to an employee about order, after 11 minutes, then they hung up without talking to me. I called back and they just kept picking it up and hanging up. I was charged for order that was soggy, and wrong. Horrible service and food. Should be shut down and employees fired.

Ordered 2 pizzas wings and breadsticks, the pizzas weren’t even made correctly then the wings and breadsticks didn’t come with the order. A 60$ order made completely wrong!!! Do better! I get it, things get hectic but get more organized have better control
Of staff because a 60$ order shouldn’t have been screwed up!

Good pizza.Update: ordered the food at 1125 pm, didn’t get it until 12am.There were only two people inside working which caused a huge delay in orders. One of the young men left at 1145 which it was most likely time for him go…now there’s only one person there…His name was Tyler and he was absolutely wonderful and very patient even though a few of us gave him a small attitude (we were hungry and sorry ??) and still was really nice and that was appreciated if ❤️

I placed my order online about 10:30 pm and proceeded to the restaurant. I arrived about 15 mins after placing the order so I waited in my car giving a lil more time. At about 11pm I went inside and was met by a distraught young man. He was shuffling receipts and seemed frustrated. He asked how could he help. I advised of my online order and he shook his head. He pulled my order up while explaining that something was going on but they were working on the orders mine was next. He advised that I could wait or not. I asked how long it would take the pizza to cook. He said 7 min. I asked so about 10-15 min? He kind of bucked in surprise and said no like 25-30. I asked if it only takes 7 min to cook and mine was going in next why would it take so long. He then named off several pizzas that were in front of my "next" order. I said I would wait. I left to pick my grandson up who I was planning on sharing the pizza with. I came back about 30 min later. At this point there were a few people waiting in the lobby. Another young man was at the register this time. I told him what my name was and another customer did as well. He walked around the back, he came back a few times looking confused but then went back. After about 15 min he came back with the other person's order so I continued to wait about 15 more minutes passed before the first young man came back. He asked what was my name again. I told him and off to the back he went. By now it's after midnight so I'm just ready to get home. He came back another 10 min later with my pizza. He did not show it to me and I didn't look at it. It had already been almost 2 hours I just wanted to get home. Upon arriving home I realized they did not prepare the pizza I ordered. To say I was beyond disappointed is an understatement! I do want to say the young men were not rude. They did attempt to remain professional. But the overall experience was terrible. Not only that but my grandson and I had to still cook some dinner. I attempted to eat one slice but I'm not a fan of thick crust so I ended up just leaving the piece.

We ordered a large pizza with breadsticks at 736pm. Delivery was estimated at 818pm. We get notified around 842pm that the order won’t deliver until 907pm. THEN order finally delivers at 901pm, but only the pizza and no breadsticks get delivered (since a minimum of $15 was needed for delivery). By the way, the pizza is barely warm. Tried calling the store and no answer. Ridiculous!!!! Why even have a business.
