Employee said they made my pizza and that it was made the way I ordered it, I didn't realize that I had to say I wanted cheese on my pepperoni pizza, I assumed that was a given. But if I wanted to drive my delivery food back, they would remake it... delivery at its finest. Make sure you tell them that you want cheese on your pizza along with the other toppings. I'm sure they are doing their best though

My go to Pizza Hut Location. Been ordering there specifically for 6 years. Never had a problem besides past few months to a year. Last 4 orders have been absolutely terrible. The quality of the pizza, pasta, breadsticks is like they don't even look at or care what they are selling. My recent order was both poor quality and the complete wrong crust. This location has gone really down hill. I'm loyal to PH but sadly have been ordering elsewhere.

I tipped over $30 and they delivered through Door Dash and gave the driver only $10 in tip. They did not get our order correct. When I called they were uncooperative and worse, argumentative, over the phone. They argued over what they thought the order was vs. what the order actually was; even telling me I could not have ordered a diet mountain dew because they don't sell it; only to admit later that for some reason we were able to order it since it was on the order. The lady on the phone said she did not care, would not give her name, said we would get a $20 credit that we must use in 30 days (we did not want a credit) and when I asked for a manager she hung up. I drove to the location because I wanted a partial refund for what was missing, wanted to report this to a manager and wanted the person's name if this was the manager in order to report her to corporate. I confidentially video recorded the encounter in order to protect myself against any false allegations should she continue to be abusive towards me, her customer. She did not disappoint. She was confrontational, argumentative and refused to do anything to understand my concerns much less resolve them. This lady, Stephanie (if she was not lying at the store) should not be in customer service. At least she is honest... she does NOT care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Pretty sure this Pizza Hut was being held up by one worker tonight and I give him a lot of credit. I think the hot weather led a lot of people to order pizza tonight. When I walked in, the one guy let me know it would be about 10 minutes yet, and I saw he was walking orders out to cars, which I thought was super nice of him to do. His estimate of 10 minutes was spot-on and when I got home, I saw that my order was well-made too; didn’t reflect the rushed back-up that might have been happening. It seemed like he was working hard and alone, so I thought I’d leave a good review.
How can they mess up an order so much? Forgetting a big order of boneless chicken wings in our delivery, cheese sticks were overcooked, fries so stale we had to use an air frier, pizza was dry. Tried to phone the place multiple times, no answer. So now we're just sitting at home being robbed of $16.09 (undelivered wings), pizza hut customer service chat down. Terrible.
