Didn't include my dipping sauce for my wings, in my delivery, that I paid for! It's a common problem here. But tonight..I was told I will get a refund for my sauces next time I go...umm. ya, no. I want a refund for my wings. She says, "ugh hold on!" Then, hung up on me ..now, they stopped answering the phone completely..or left it off the hook..Open until 11pm? Or until 10:18pm?? Didn't even apologize! Didn't offer to deliver the sauce still, like they've usually done when they always forget..being we're not far. We were regulars there, ordering delivery...not anymore. Why order delivery when u gotta go back to get half your order anyways.. JUST REALIZED..MISSING MY 3RD ORDER OF WINGS ALSO!! ALONG WITH THEIR SAUCES TOO, OF COURSE LOL! SMFH! WINGS WITHOUT DIPPING SAUCE..HARD PASS FOR ME. SORRY

Very disappointed.... I ordered the family big box, it comes with three pizza's with one topping, The pizza barely had any cheese on it the sauce was showing through on all pizzas... And one of the pizza was Just cheese! The toppings don't make it to the edge of the pizza it's all crust. The bread sticks were dried out and tasted like cardboard. The pasta was good! I also had it for No contact curbside pick up... I hit the I'M HERE button... Waited...waited (18 mins) later I went in to get my pizza! I will not be a returning customer!! ??

Manager caught an attitude, he said that they don’t deliver to our location which was fine. But when we arrived at the store, to ask about switching it to a pick up he started cussing us out. Made threats to my wife, threatening to kill us blow up our house, and personally I don’t tolerate that

This site is horrible!! We put an order in for three Pizzas around 11 o'clock pm. We received notification that our pizza would arrive at 11:57 pm and that our order was in the oven. Midnight rolled around and I gave them the benefit of doubt that they were busy on a Friday night. 12:30 came and I grew impatient and tried to call, just getting a voice mail stating they were closed for the night. They had canceled our order and never reached out to let us know. This is CRAP!!! Who got the Pizzas that were in the oven? Nevertheless, never ordering from there again!!! I am FURIOUS WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! STOP TAKING ORDERS YOU CAN NOT FILL!!!

Shout out to Mike and the GM. Last night, we had ordered our meal and the app said it would take an hour to make. When we picked up, our order had been already done for half an hour because there was a lot happening that night. Mike said to give him a call if there were any problems and he said he'd be able to help with it tomorrow.The GM was in today and was able to help remedy the situation. As a previous employee of Pizza Hut, I get how things that can be crazy and I appreciate the service! I didn't get the GM's name, but thank you to both Mike and the GM!

This is the closest Pizza Hut to me so we order from here a few times a year, they almost always have super fast service and delivery and they’re always pretty professional. They’re occasionally out of stock of certain things so that’s the reason I subtracted a star but besides that they’re pretty great. I’m not sure if he still works here but the older man who delivers is the best, he’s always super friendly and always has cute Dad jokes which always put a smile on my face, he’s the sweetest and quickest delivery guy ever so make sure to tip him well! I’d say as far as Pizza Hut’s go this one is highly recommended by me, myself and I haha! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
Vegetarian options: I do wish they had more vegetarian options, I heard a rumor on Reddit that several Pizza Hut’s ran out of the impossible sausage but continued taking orders for it despite not having in stock so they used real sausage instead. I have no idea if this is true and if so what locations did this but that’s kind of disappointing. I’m glad I only ordered one time when it first came out.

This location always goes above and beyond to make it right. Their system was down and my order did not go through. They took my order and comped my breadsticks for the inconvenience even though they didn’t have to. Also, my husband and I are always satisfied with our food from this location, we won’t go to another Pizza Hut.
