Ordered two pizzas for pickup, arrived and after waiting for 15 extra minutes they were so backed up and distracted that they didnt notice oven pushing my pizzas until they fell on floor. At that point I just asked for refund and left.

Order two pizza that came looking like Jack's pizza, it was super doughy, hard burnt cookie, pasta looks like it's enough for a small child. Overcharged for some poorly made food it's embarrassing take your money somewhere else cause this location is not worth it

We ordered two pizza . One was small and other one was medium sized . I forgot what the first pizza was but it was alright . But the second one is Buffalo chicken pizza which was not good in fact I would say not well made . The pizza was soggy not cheesy it easily fell down when I lifted it and the flavour got my stomach upset for one whole day . Not recommended. The atmosphere was dead too

The pizza was disgusting. I have given this location multiple trys and every time my food is really undercooked as if they didn’t even put it in the oven. They always give me the wrong items never deliver from this place because they put no effort into making your food because they know they’re delivering it and you’re not picking it up. The late shift is the worst this place needs to be shut down worst location there is makes me not wanna eat Pizza Hut ever again

I order two large pizzas delivered by Doordash.
The food arrived on time but the quality was poor. It was as if the pizzas were left out overnight and reheated stale. The $5 delivery charge is added to the bill and I added a good tip (25%) when I ordered online. The person who delivered seemed annoyed at my not handing him another tip. Why ask for a tip if you are going to have your drivers looking for tips when they arrive? If you aren't passing that money to your drivers, then you need to have a talk with them and maybe evaluate how you do business.
That will be my last order from Pizza Hut. Very disappointed.

Placed my order to be pickup at 2 pm I get a call 10 minutes before saying they're sold out. Regardless of any special going on if I prepaid for my order, mine should have been placed to the side and not given to another customer because they came inside first.
Been open for just 2 hours and sold out is Extremely disappointing

This visit wasn't a good experience. There were only 2 workers and a lobby full of people. I ordered my food online and it said my food would be ready in 15 min. Of course that didn't happen. But I understood once I went in the store.

The cook/manager she helped someone take their order out, came back in and went to cooking...didn't wash her hands.

The lady on the cut table, once she cut the pizza if it slid over to far she touched the food with her hands, and I don't know if she was called in or what but she wasn't in uniform.

Now the food was on point. My family and I enjoyed it. And they were friendly. But I just can't deal with them not washing their hands and touching the food.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location absolutely sucks...ordered for delivery online, waited an HOUR past the estimated delivery time only to call and have the automated service tell me my order was canceled. Like seriously, contact the damn customer to tell them your location is too incompetent to manage a delivery less than 2 miles away.

When I walked into the restaurant, no one was by the cash register or in the back cooking. I sat down for at least 5 minutes before the young lady came to greet me. The food was cold.
