Lol they don't wear gloves and play with their pants constantly because they don't wear belts apparently, had to wait 30 minutes after estimated ready time due to them messing up the order/ forgetting the wings, no butter on the crust. pretty sure they were high in there; this place needs to be shut down go to dominos

pizza shown that it was still making even after 2hrs 17min to the point where i had to cancel my order and had to wait 10min before they answered the phone. Because of those reasons, I will never order from them again

The best service I have ever had at a pizza hut. The guy who took my order was very friendly and polite. Being from out of town that was nice to receive.

I ordered Stuff crust, 8 piece bone-out, and cinnamon rolls. Pizza was soggy it’s hard to describe, and wings barely had sauce. The only good thing about our meal was the cinnamon rolls.

Fine if you order pick up but they will take 2+ hours to deliver your pizza to you. It's faster if I just drive 10 minutes to pick it up myself but I'll never order delivery again - ordered delivery 3 different times on the off-chance my past experiences were just busy nights!

Live at mill Rd and 60th call to order pizza none of them delivery when I call they tell me call another one call 5 Pizza store near me no one delivers some store waiting to long to answer also not delivered the people working they are so lazy even when get to the store take to long to wait have no I dia the owner handle the store.

What is the point of asking people when they want pizza to be delivered if you are going to bring it an hour later? When I called and was told the delivery guy had left and he showed up 45 minutes later that gave me great confidence. Either you lied when he left or my pizza sat in a bag that long. Ridiculous.
Tried to place a online & when it didn't give me enough space to give delivery directions I called the store 4 times and kept getting put on hold. On hold a total of 30 minutes for them to tell me they won't deliver to my company because of where the door is located. Then I asked for the order to be canceled & she hung up in my face. Overall the service was terrible I'll never order from this location again.

I've been going there for about 20 years, it's always been good.... Sometimes it seems better, every now and then you get a pizza that's a little less than great, but overall it's very a good Pizza Hut. The workers change a lot, and that seems to change the service. Right now , whoever is in charge is doing GREAT!!! Good deals at times as well.😃

Awful order a large supreme pan crust no mushrooms because I'm allergic, also ask for my name the guy couldn't even spell it right...pizza was totally wrong with mushrooms thin crust..it was awful...I'd give a zero star but there's no option. Bad service.

I've ordered from here literally 10xs and only ZERO times have I been satisfied with the arrival time of my delivery... sometimes over 2 and a half hours. Have u ever used a credit just to get a credit ?? Lol. Mess up after mess up. Unfriendly staff who seem to hate there job. Delivery guy takes forever. Even worse food is never done properly
