Omg I love this place. Atmosphere, service and view. First and foremost, I think in my past life I was a bird because I love tall vantage points where I can survey my environment. This place is directly across from the vivarium. So much is going on. Great for people watching and enjoying the sun.The service was great. I love thin crust and garlic. Originally I was going just for the gyro pizza thin crust. (Don't knock it till u tried it.) But after having a great discussion about what u sprinkle on pizza. They told me about the garlic crust. IN LOVE. They also gave tiny bit of their garlic butter. Omg the smell. The environment is garish and over the top. In one word awesome.

EDIT: I wanted to provide the update that after a representative from marketing commented on my review below, I reached out to the email address provided, multiple times, and STILL didn't get a response or resolution. This demonstrates that the company clearly doesn't care about the customer experience.
On a recent trip to Milwaukee, we ordered pizza from Pizza Shuttle. We thought it was for delivery, but later got a message saying they were closing and that the charges would still stand. When I contacted management to request a refund, I was told to send in the voicemail, but unfortunately my phone wouldn’t allow me to do that.
After looking into it further, I realized the order had mistakenly been set for pickup. I wrote back to management acknowledging the error and asked if they would at least consider refunding half of the payment. However, no one ever responded to me.
I fully recognize this was my mistake, but I think management could have shown some grace and at least replied to my follow-up message. The lack of any response left a poor impression, and for that reason I don’t plan to order from them again on future visits.

Pizza Shuttle is a Milwaukee tradition and cornerstone. The staff is amazing and food is great. Prices are high when I think of pizza and that is the reason for only 4 stars. Love their chicken wings, I prefer them plain with their spicy garlic wing sauce on the side. I would still recommend but warn about the cost to enjoy a pizza and wings to anyone that is looking to indulge.

The fries here are mind-blowing! The pizza ..has a wide array of toppings but over I wasn't too impressed with it. Definitely going back to get more fries though
I gave 1 ⭐️ because the vegan option had no taste to it and was very dry. I had high expectations for it but was very disappointed. Just because you throw veggies and take away the cheese doesn’t make it vegan 🤢 no thank you

Good pizza, good atmosphere, love the late night option. Great for a date but can be noisy as an arcade type place. So if you dont mind the loud chatter, and love good food, this is a good option. Great place to take visitors.

I am giving a 1 star review for the sole purpose of there delivery driver , Omar was his name . I was staying at the Hilton garden inn when I had ordered a pizza for delivery. I previously ordered the day before at 145 am and I waited until 330am before I ended up falling asleep due to it taking longer then told ( 30min). I am in the wrong for that but I wish my body would allow me to stay up until 4 am to wait for a pizza that was suppose to be only 30 min with delivery .
Skip to the next day July 12th Saturday I had tried to do it again because it seems to be the only pizzeria in that area that delivered to downtown . I was told to pay over the phone because of the incident yesterday , which I was fine with and understandable .
Upon delivery the male driver OMAR very rudely swearing at me because he tried to deliver me pizza and I didn’t answer because (unfortunately I fell asleep), not even giving me a chance to speak to him and defend my case . Sad thing is he’s not even the sole owner , that’s who takes the biggest hit not him. His teeth were rotting in his mouth and him raising his voice with spit projecting out was completely disgusting . Therefore, I felt out of spite he may have spit into my pizza because of yesterdays incident . I tried to confront his behaviour but he stormed out after dropping my pizza at the front desk and not even directly handing it to me because of his anger . I did not feel welcomed in the city of Milwaukee after that incident.
To the owner if your reading this , he is causing more harm to your business then anything else because of his selfish behaviour . I do recommend you guys not have this man work for ur establishment . I have been working in the food industry for 16 years and never would I ever let this man deal with customers . His actions need to be taking seriously. I don’t recommend getting delivery from this establishment if the only driver they have is him . You will feel threatened and grossed out . I did not eat my pizza that costed me $50usd because I was worried he spit into it .
PS. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN APOLOGIZED BY THE GM WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO CONTACT ME

A good place for late night eats. Food is solid. Nothing spectacular but good, especially after a night out.
