I go to room 7 at least once a week. Today’s experience was my last straw with one of the bottle girls Abby who has given me and plenty of other people a horrible experience and wasted our money. I will soon be filing a lawsuit as this girl has assaulted multiple of my friends on various occasions. In this instance Abby had aggressively pushed one of my friends off the step in-front of the stage as we “weren’t allowed on it”. First of all there was no sign no belt to cover the area and they had OVERCROWDED the place which caused him to step up and no warning from her. She proceeded to try to fight and argue with my friends and try to get my friend kicked out for the second time that night but as we were regulars and Abby is known for assaulting many others, security said nothing. She ruined our night and we will never be going there again!

Room 7 was honestly a go to club every Thursday, however, today I was pushed to the ground by one of the bouncers. Not sure what his name was, however he was a heavy set white bald male. While trying to navigate through the crowd my friends and I were pushed so hard by the bouncer , that both my friends and I fell into another group of girls and I was on the ground. The bouncer then continued to tell my friends they needed to leave because they were in the VIP section. As we tried to explain to the bouncer that we understood, we were just trying to move around the crowd he ignored us and proceeded to say we needed to leave. Another bouncer came and asked what was going on, I explained to him that we understood we were not VIP and were trying to move, however due to the amount of people we physically could not. Regardless of this, there was no reason to physically push three girls off of the steps to move us. The bouncer understood and said we could stay if we wanted to. This experience completely ruined our night.

Security puts their hands on people and then will kick you out like you’re the problem. We tried to talk with them and come to a resolution which resulted in one of them stating that “we got touched by so many people, a 500 pound security man wouldn’t make a difference” He was shoving people when it was incredibly crowded. We understand that they have a job to do but throwing people to the ground and then saying something as messed up like that, it’s not how you run a business. Unfortunately wish this issue would’ve been taken care of properly, no one deserves to be treated the way we were.

I just started coming to Roomseven a few months ago as I have followed my favorite bartender Bryanna from her previous job. Bryanna’s service is always A1, the atmosphere is clean, and the drinks in my opinion are made to price. My friends and I have never had a failed night coming to see her! There’s a lovely Patio Area with its seperate DJ, and an outside bar. Highly recommend for a drama free night out!

First off I think it's not ok for the bartender to just pour you a double shot without asking so that totalled 25.00$ for one drink!! Not ok so mind you after 12 price went up to 20 dollars not cool if it was 10 dollars just at 11. bathrooms were dirty as hell!! Water was all on the floor just nasty! It's a nice club but no one is interested in nothing but giving out drinks and hooka needs to be more mindful of the clubs needs all around not just some areas. Please rethink your clubs morales.
This place could be so much more if they did not have such a horrible crop of security guards. These idiots look for trouble at all cost. I predict that they are going to run across the wrong person and it will go horribly wrong. It is evident that the owner or owners are going to wait until it is too late!

Last evening, two friends and I visited Room 7, a place we had previously enjoyed. However, our experience last night was highly distressing. While in the bathroom, one of the bottle girls, Abby, entered to investigate reports of underage individuals with drinks. This club is 18+ and marks anyone under 21 with an “X” to indicate they cannot order drinks from the bar. Upon entering, Abby immediately confronted my friend with a hostile attitude. We later learned from a friend employed at the club that Abby had falsely accused us of purchasing drinks for the underage individuals.
This is not the first instance where Abby has fabricated stories in an attempt to have us removed from the club, for reasons unknown to us. Based on Abby's false report, security aggressively removed us from the premises. The guard who grabbed me did so from behind, placing me in a chokehold. As I instinctively tried to free myself, he pulled my hair forcefully. One of my friends sustained bruises on two areas of her arm. We were not given an opportunity to leave voluntarily and were instead subjected to excessive force.
Such aggressive behavior by the security personnel is unacceptable, particularly as we were no where near aggressive. I am appalled that such behavior is deemed acceptable. While I support businesses standing by their employees, this incident involved singling us out based on false accusations. I share this experience to highlight the unacceptable conduct that was condoned on this occasion. I’ve attatched photos photos of her bruises and the guard who did this.
