Every time I go to Room7, it’s for sure a vibe! the music is always on point, the bartenders and servers are so much fun and Abby is literally the best! She knows my drink and hookah order by heart and always makes sure my people and I are having a good time. the fire pit on the patio outside is such a nice vibe too..especially in the summer. If u haven’t been u should definitely go. u won’t regret it.

If room 7 is the soul of the city’s nightlife, then Madison is the heartbeat. From the moment we stepped up to the bar she greeted us with a smile that made the whole place feel warmer. Her cocktails absolutely amazing every drink was crafted with precision and flair. But Madison’s magic goes beyond mixology she has that gift of making everyone feel seen- she remembered my drink, and somehow managed to keep the energy high even when it was packed. If you want a night out that feels personal and electric find Madison she just doesn’t serve drinks she serves an experience will definitely be back to see her

Went to Room 7 Sunday night at open and it was a terrible experience. My friend paid $90 for a hookah and two drinks, and I paid $40 for two single-shot drinks—but the “singles” were poured like doubles and still cost $20 each. The pricing was inconsistent, and we both felt overcharged.
The bartenders were taking shots at an alarming rate, disappearing, overpouring, overcharging, and clearly intoxicated while serving—which is against Wisconsin law. It made us uncomfortable. On top of that, people outside were getting free drinks and hookah while we were paying inflated prices.
Hookah service was poor too—we had to ask multiple times for tongs and hot coals instead of staff helping or giving proper guidance.
this place was unsafe and disappointing. I’d like to know about how to receive a refund please.

The customer service and staff and Manger on duty was awful. I will never visit this establishment again or spend my money in this place. One of the worst experiences of my life . Staff very rude and unfriendly and just careless with how they treat me . Please don't waste your time or your money in this place. I brought my concerns to manager very kindly and he did not apologize or even say a word. Just nothing. I am great , I just will never spend my money or time in this rude environment. I read other reviews, I don't know what bar they where at , but I did not receive the customer service they did. I wish I had. But anyways, no thank you Room 7 .

I haven’t been to this venue since it was called Plum. Went to Room 7 with a group of friends & from the security to the DJ to the amazing Bartender We had service us the vibes were amazing! Our bar tender Nate Was such A sweetheart and made sure me and my friends were comfortable and vibing all night!! He made sure we never had an empty cup & kept our hookah going! ALL in All he will be the reason I come back for another visit!
I came to have a good time ! & I did just that . Madison helped to make sure the night was super fun ! The atmosphere and vibe there was very fun and exciting! Everytime i come the experience is a 10/10

My room seven experience was def 947373/10. the vibes were there, the music was as def good & security was cool & overall the staff was so friendly and nice !! The bartender who goes by “Nate Daddyy” def made sure my friends and I were good. he stayed checking on us if we needed any more drinks and even kept up with our hookah! I def can say my experience was one for the books and would def go back!
