I was trying to feed my hungry family on this stormy night and I received nothing but bad communication and attitude I was extremely shocked because I love this chicken spot and It just makes me frown when I can't get the ultimate experience i crave as much as the chicken I ordered a 16 piece with sides and I never got one of my sides and I only received 10 pieces I hope things get better in the future but it was a bit discouraging seeing how this location is losing its ways 💔

Drive thru couldn’t accept mobile orders and ran out of chicken like what’s the point of being in business when dinner is at 8 pm🤦🏾‍♂️

I was in there today and the young guy that was in the front making the boxes of chicken He was touching people's fries with no gloves on his hands

Chicken was hot and fresh and ready to go

Very busy but they were moving fast and customer service was pretty good given that it was so busy.

The NEW manager Terry got the crew together! Crew actually WORKING and not playing around...the food is fresh now..not been sitting there for hours..the female that was doin drive thru w as rude!!! I had stopped coming to that particular popeyes and fo some where els...but I decided to try it again..and the food was the way popeyes supposed to taste!

Worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. I spent $67+ to order food for my staff and myself, half of my items were missing the other half were wrong. Call the store to speak to a manager he tells me I need to contact doordash for a refund on the order, contact doordash and they tell me i ordered through the website and that the store needs to refund me. Call the store back (mind you both times calling the store it took 3 calls to get ahold of staff) and the same manager is rude telling me there's nothing he can do that doordash is 3rd party, (but I still ordered from your site not doordash) I have spent over an hour and a half trying to get in touch with someone who can give me a refund, get the corporate number and it's a bullshit automated phone system with a text to resolve kind of fix, which is not a fix because it won't find my order. I will never order from this business again.

Food was horrible and manager was very Rude. I ordered 2- 20 piece meals. I had to wait which was fine however when I got home the chicken was burnt up and taste liked old dirty burnt grease and it had spicy chicken mixed in .I ordered mild only!!I called and a very nice employee answered. I could hear the manager in the background saying that's why I told you not to answer that phone!!!! So I'll call back again and ask to speak to the manager. I told her I could hear everything she was saying to her employee which was very rude since the chicken was overcooked and horrible and I spent damn near $50. I told her I will be calling corporate. I was told I could bring the chicken back however I live 35 minutes away.. I wouldn't feed my dog this chicken.

This Popeyes needs all new employees the employees cuss at you wanna fight and catch attitude and close the store down early almost every day saying they ran out of food because they just don't want to cook anymore. This location is horrible and the staff even more horrible and unprofessional. Truly a waste of time when people drive all the way there for them to say they are closed a hour earlier than it says online.

I Ordered From Here Last Night & The Person In Drive-Thru Was Completely Rude. Not Only That, He Didn’t Give Me My Order, But Proceeded To Do Drive-Thru Orders Only, Even Though I Placed My Order Online. I Didn’t Receive My Refund & No One Has Answered The Phone.
