Literally the worst Popeye's Chicken I've ever been to, I'm not even exaggerating absolutely horrible, almost no words to describe the service, save yourself distress go somewhere else!!!

I placed an order through their website, which indicated a 15-20 minute wait time. However, I waited 30 minutes before leaving work, which is an 8-minute drive.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I waited in line for an hour and a half. I requested an update, and was informed that I had just arrived and would need to wait longer. I inquired with the cashier about the efficiency of making a customer wait one and a half hours for a three-piece tender and a regular-sized fry. She responded rudely, stating that she had just dropped the tenders and that it would take some time. She also mumbled under her breath that I was disrespecting her. I clarified that I did not disrespect her; I simply asked a question because I believed it should not take one hour and a half to receive three tenders and a regular side of fries.
Subsequently, other employees began rudely confronting me, claiming that they were overworked and doing their best. This prompted me to cancel my order.
The employees’ lack of concern and rudeness were unacceptable. It is unreasonable for tenders and fries to take such an extended time to prepare.

I recieved a single small chicken tender in place of the chicken on my chicken sandwiches. Nothing said to me. Will never go back

Service was rushed and impatient over the drive through speaker and at the window. Pulled away from window to wait for food and the woman who gave us food was a different woman and they were very kind. I appreciated that. Food was ok.. it's fast food. We asked for spicy tenders and they gave us regular. Chicken sandwich was sloppy and mediocre. Total time waiting was 15 minutes.

Da last Popeye's I went to by Lincoln Ave was nasty and under cooked but dis Popeye's was perfect!! Food was cooked all da way and da beautiful young lady at da window was a blessing. Very respectful and kind and I will most definitely return to dat location for my Popeye's chicken!!
