The inside is nasty the floor has not been mopped it has goo I used my fingernail black goo the glass hasn't been cleaned in months the clock above the sink battery dead the manager need to be fired the tile wall behind the register is so nasty DO NOT EAT

Who is the owner of the franchise?
How are you allowed to operate your business .
The display sign for the menu is broken and filthy.
You go to the store in Madison Wisconsin it’s clean and fresh.
The City of Milwaukee only allows it to happen in a neighborhood where black peoples live.
It’s an absolute disgrace!

They are never prepared when they know certain times of day are busier than others. They spend more time in the kitchen playing and joking around then actually getting stuff done. It's really sad. For Uber and Dashers it's inconvenient to have to wait more than 30 minutes for food.

Don’t come here! First off there was no heat, so if you want to dine in you can not. I ordered a mobile order on the app, ghost pepper chicken sandwich and an apple cheesecake. They didn’t have either one. Switching the sandwich to just a spicy one was cool with me then this man kept trying to convince me he could make me some strawberry biscuits. I did not want them in the first place but then he gives me two that do not come close to the 3.79 I spent. They also did not have bayou buffalo sauce either! Like I ordered 3 items and not one did yall have smh. This was my first time coming to this one and it will definitely be my last. Ill stick to the one on Burleigh.

Two employees working. My food was HOT , just not enough employees to handle the lobby and Drive thru window orders. Just one more individual would have changed everything for the better.

this is the worst place in wisconsin with all the drugs being sold there and the manager that dont care you wait in the line for 30 min and still they get the order wrong and this is when there is only one person in the lobby and 1car at drive thru they are so damm slow i dont know how they are still open the owner dont care i can see that

I placed a door dash order @5:30pm 12/3/24
@ 8:56 said my dasher picked up food and was enroute , i was at the door waiting no food the store never answered one phone call and the dasher food delivered they never responded $37 I’m stuck in the house on croutches with a boot on my foot I can’t drive this has been the worst service ever !!! The refund process takes days I waited 4 hrs!!! for chicken wings and no chicken wings Popeyes is a 10 min walk and 4 min car drive this is poor ridiculous customer service I’m so pissed never again

Popeyes count your days I ordered a 4pc large combo and received a 3pc with none of my 2 side then the number don’t work its giving unprofessional
