Girl at the registure high as hell. Almost let us leave without giving us a whole meal and gave attitude over it missing. Like its our fault??? Bro was lookin at us like we are buggin her for asking for a meal we asked for.

Ordered through app, took 2 hours to even update the app, called the store TWICE and ignored BOTH. Dont deliver from here, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I came after my shift at 10:00 and I wanted to dine in but they the dine in area early and I know they are supposed to close at 2 today and I just wanted to chill and eat my food but I couldn’t because close so early. I would like for them to close the dine in when they are supposed to.

The parking lot was horrible and filthy trash wasn't being taken out. The lobby was very slow food was not good

I ordered on April 10th using a deal in the app for a five-piece meal. After placing the order, I was given the option to pick it up through the drive-thru or inside. I chose the drive-thru, but when I got there, I was told I had to come inside—something I’ve never had an issue with before.

Once inside, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. I waited 15 minutes before anyone even asked if I had a mobile order.

When I finally received my food, it was completely wrong and low quality. The chicken was cold and flavorless. I was given rice that I never ordered, the mashed potatoes came in small containers instead of a large, and I never received the fries I was supposed to get. I also ordered a premium frozen strawberry lemonade, which, apparently, they never have available.

Overall, the food was terrible, the service was poor, and the atmosphere was just as bad. I would not recommend this location at all—they seriously need better management and staff.

Legacy and staff were great!! Food was hot and everything there for large mobile order. They even substituted one item not available for one of my dinners. Appreciate the communication and professionalism

Placed at order around 1:30p at the drive thru. The lady who took my order was kind, but I wish she had warned us about how terrible the sprite is! Tastes closer to water from a puddle in the road than sprite. Other than that they put my fries on their side in the bag so that got all over my car… thanks!

Haven't been to a Popeyes in about 8 years, but I am glad I stoppped here. The food was delicious and freshly made. There was no wait. The employees were so nice and friendly. They were wonderful and becaus of them my meal felt even more special.

They had me pull around to wait for my food, 15-20 minutes later they bring it out without my drink, they brought it out. But while I was waiting for my drink I noticed there was no mashed potatoes either or my sauces. The guy told me to just come inside. And gave me a whole attitude when I went inside. Worst ever

NEVER again going to this location! Had a bad experience the first time I came here and decided to give them a second chance. Bad Idea! This time I placed an order through the app, went through the drive-through to pick up order and was told the order wasn’t ready and I had to come inside. I got inside and waited 10 minutes for somebody to wait on me. At that point that they looked at the order I placed and they did not have 3/4 of the food I ordered. I wanted a refund of my full order and they were unable to provide that because I ordered it on the app. They did not have chicken breasts or chicken wings or fried pickles, Very simple things that a chicken place should have available at all times. My first experience here was the same. They were out of all kinds of foods first thing for lunch. Not friendly employees, made me feel like a huge bother to them. Just terrible all around. It’s really a shame because Popeyes has good food when they have food. It’s just too bad.
