Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had went to this Popeyes on the 28th of last month through the drive thru. And I intended to pay cash and the rest on my card. So the worker at the Popeyes charged my card for 28 and change and than pocketed my 20 dollars ….. so all together that’s 48 dollars. And now that I want my money back I’m getting the run around and I didn’t notice till I got home that I spent that much. I just want my 20 dollars back but they ain’t trying to give it to me and keep saying they have to investigate it! I don’t know why it’s ok for a worker to pocket 20 dollars from a customer and not give it to them!!! And why they are still working there and not fired. I keep getting the the manger has other locations run around like stealing from a customer and not giving me my money back if you charged my card isn’t a problem it’s self!!! I wouldn’t recommend paying card and cash her cause I guess they pocket it and don’t know how to give back what’s owed to you.

Terrible service employees had an attitude with my grandpa for some reason they also didn't use any gloves and for some reason I don't think the five star rating are legitimate 😂 if you want Popeyes go anywhere else

We had to repeat our order over and over again at the service speaker and then over and over again at the pickup window. These people are on something here. We had no sauce on our wings, no cutlery, no honey, hot sauce or anything. This Popeyes has really went downhill.

WOW. Just WOW. The hispanic so called manager was cuzzing and complaining to the other employees. He himself messed up my order. No apologies, didn't have napkins and half of the tables were dirty. He must have lied through his teeth to get this job. He's the reason me or my family will not return. And my bad view of this establishment will be shared with all of my friends and family. Pretty pathetic

BRUH! I’m so mad they got my order wrong I waited 35 MINUTES for the wrong order. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. Not only does the food look disgusting, IT TASTES SO BAD. My wings and my fries are all soggy and they didn’t even give me any of the sauces that I ordered. 😑 if I could rate this a zero I WOULD. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN 👎

I made an order for pick-up on 8/2 at 1:13 pm. There was no time given for when my order would be done, it just said “it will be ready soon” I constantly check my order for an hour, it still says “it will be ready soon” I end up calling the place after an hour to see if my order is ready. These guys said they didn’t even have my order, they were getting “slammed” with orders and were short staffed. They told me I’d have to go in and “wait my turn” I then pull up to this place, not to get my order, but to cancel it and get my money back. Right away I see a few workers lallygagging outside, I go in, there’s a line of people and the workers are just sitting there lallygagging as well.. in front of the customers. I didn’t even want to wait there, so I left. Didn’t get my refund of course. This place sucks so bad, I’m not sure how they keep it going. Not only that, you guys hire people that don’t give a damn about their simple easy job. Do better.

No kind of order. Not sure why I can place my order first and have people come after me with bigger orders get theirs before me. 30 minutes for a Mobil order. Only a 5 piece Ridiculous.

The food was good even tho they were out of boneless chicken and no gravy for my mashed potatoes and they forgot my drink.

For being my first time I really thought I was going to get some real good opppss had to change Kentucky to Louisiana chicken I didn't expect the rude drive threw even mention my first time being there so was a bit of a hassle not sure for me or for her really that would be my last no wonder they haven't made it to other communities if this is the service they offer

It never fails took a hour to get my food and how are you out of fries, honey and ranch this is the worst it gets there is no way it should take this long for food.
