This was straight forward. 3 piece chicken strips. They provided me a healthy portion.

I mean they usually cool, today though they ran out of boxes to put the chicken in and had a 10 minute wait. The people are nice that work there though.
Hello,
I did not receive my chicken sandwich, 6 wings, 3 tenders, 2 biscuits, and Cason seasoning along with ketchup. The only thing I did receive was the stuff I ordered after that. In addition, I want to formally report the poor customer service I experienced when I called the store for help. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and unhelpful.

To further explain the experience:
• My food was not fresh
• I did not receive half of my order
• I did not receive the condiments I asked for
I am requesting a refund for the missing item, and I hope this feedback is reviewed so future customers do not experience the same issues.

Went through drive through, couldn’t understand the attendant I was speaking to because she was talking too quickly and mumbling. Ordered two sandwiches, that’s all. Took about 3 minutes to place the order because she kept not hearing me, though I am fairly certain I was loud and clear. This could have been a bad speaker, however. Got the food, and there was one sandwich in the bag. Asked where my other sandwich was and she said she only got one. Looked at the sandwich we did get, and it was the wrong sandwich. Asked for replacement and she charged us. Got the replacement after about 5 minutes, where they took the sandwich we had gotten. Gave us the wrong sandwich again but I drove away because I was fed up. Horrible service, it is just frankly not that hard.

I ordered a 1/4 pound of shrimps, biscuit and mash potatoes. When I received it I had approx 10-15 little stubs of cold shrimps, a hard biscuit and cold mash potatoes. I will NEVER patronize this Popeyes again. This is what I received for $14, never again! Pissed off customer!

Never visit this location. I dont know who is hiring these people but I got to the drive thru and was met with extremely aggressive and nonsensical yelling through the spaker (I was able to make out ‘We only have 2 sides’ among the gibberish). When I asked politely to clarify what was said, the worker seemed to grow even more impatient and yelled back even louder and more aggressively. At this point I was extremely taken aback and upset, So I left. On another day I showed up here, the workers just straight up werent working, as the drive thru line was going into the street with no movement. Don’t waste your time by coming to this Popeyes unless you want the worst fast food service you’ve ever had.

I spent $47.00 on a 4 peice combo ,I only received 2 peices of chicken ,red beans No rice, No mash potatoes which I purchased and No drink whichever I purchased a chilled strawberry lemonade. And then No one's answering the phone. I would like halve of my money returned to my account please.

I cannot stand this Popeyes location. In fact, it is the worst I’ve been to. Please do not waste your time coming here because this locations doesn’t mind wasting ALL of your time. Anytime I place an order through this dreaded location, by force of delivery app automatic location picking because I would never willingly choose this Popeyes to order from, I just know I won’t see the delivery actually being made until a minimum of 2 hours later. There was even a time where my food managed to be stolen from INSIDE the store. Is no one watching what happens to this food after it’s been made?? The service here is terrible and every dollar I give to this location against my will agitates my soul.

Highly disappointed. Ordered on the app thinking I would wait a few minutes.. didnt expect to wait 40 min for a 5 pcs meal. No order display so they were just picking random people in the lobby asking to look at their orders then making them wrong anyway. Redheads an Rice ended up tasting like redbeads and water. I would suggest drive to another location cause I dont think I'll be back here even if it is the closest to me.

Dear Popeyes Team,
I’m reaching out regarding a recent drive-thru order that left me quite disappointed. I ordered a 2-piece chicken meal with one side and a biscuit, along with an additional side of red beans and rice. Unfortunately, when I arrived at work and checked my meal, I noticed several issues:
The biscuit was missing from my order.
I had specifically requested dark meat (a thigh and drumstick), but received a breast and a very small wing instead.
The food was lukewarm and excessively greasy, which made it less enjoyable.
As a paying customer, I expect accuracy and quality when placing an order. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, especially during a workday.I kindly ask that you consider offering a complimentary replacement meal to make up for the oversight.
