Worst place you can ever go to it’s absolutely disgusting here. You will wait for over an hour for just one thing not only that but multiple people would be in the lobby waiting and multiple workers would pass you not assisting you. The tables are sticky so is everything else if you have to urgently go to the bathroom or need to wash your hands I wish you luck since the customer bathroom is locked but the workers bathroom isn’t.

They never have everything that I want. There's always something on the menu that they do not have and sometimes it chicken ?. I love the food but wish they had a way of staying stocked on important items esp. chicken - it's like going to Burger King and they're out of burgers ??♀️

i work across the street at the autozone, our breaks are 1 hour long. i went there on my lunch break with a mobile order. by the time i got my correct order (it took multiple tries and they still forgot my sauces,) got back to my job, i had to clock back in for work.
The serving area was totally disgusting. The workers had no sense of urgency towards helping the customers. Most of the workers are on their phone and not wearing hair nets. The germ issues is obvious and not being addressed. This isn't the first Popeyes that's has HORRIBLE SERVICE. I LOVE THE CHICKEN BUT THINK THEY ALL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THE SANITATION PROBLEM IS TAKEN CARE OF. ITS NASTY AT EVERY LOCATION

They are absolutely intentionally sabotaging orders. 100% consistent at giving me a bad order. If you don't know someone working here, good luck.Been here at least 5 times. I always order the family meal from any Popeyes. 10pc mixed spicy, mac, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. Never have I received that at this location.Once, the chicken was regular. No visible sign (the seasoning) or taste of spicy. Biscuits were missing.Another time, the sides were wrong. Put in two orders of red beans and rice. Plus, inside the red beans container had what looked, smelled and felt like burnt plastic.Next time they gave me 5 legs and 5 wings. No breasts, no thighs. I paid for mixed.After that, I got mashed potatoes without gravy. Mac and cheese crazy oily. Again, no biscuits.This last time, it was undercooked, pink chicken. Not even spicy. And they were out of all sides except fries. Which were also undercooked.Sad that they are treating people's food this way. I buy this for my kids. Not often, but still it is bad enough. This Popeyes got me feeling like a bad parent, seeing my child bite into raw chicken.I am ranting mostly because im disappointed at myself. Why do I keep expecting quality food from here? Trash littered all around this place like it's out of business. Just blowing all around your food as they hand it to you.Tried so hard to support this place even after they got shut down by the health department.They taught me, I have learned, I'm done. Once again, good luck to anyone willingly to try this location.
