It took 35 minutes to get two sandwiches and 6 wings. They told me they were waiting on one sandwich for 25 of the 35 minutes. How does it take 35 minutes to get two sandwiches when the food is prepped and sitting there? Not to mention that both sandwiches i received were wrong and i only got 5 out of 6 wings i was supposed to get. Plus the food was cold already by the time I got it. I waited long enough it wasn't even worth going back to have them remake the sandwiches. Apparently my excessive wait time is worth a free soda though ?.This is the second time at this location that service has been super slow and I won't be back to this location. Ownership needs to get their employees in line here and step it up. No other popeyes I've visited has ever had this terrible of service.

Thanks for the one hour plus wait. In my experience, we can no longer ask for legs and thighs only. I played it safeand asked for " no wings" I mean there are specific meals for wings... long story short, two chicken breat and 10 wings. Yes, I didn't have any dinner, I live over 80 blocks away

So I use to work here about a few months ago and I left because the stores in Milwaukee are all corrupt stealing fighting and all kinds of other stuff to top it off they don’t answer the phone NEVERAlso the messed up my w2s and will not give my the proper information to correct it all stores in Milwaukee needs to be shut down

Idk if I just got lucky that day but my 4pcs order w/Strawberry biscuits and sweet tea was fresh and good! There wasn't a long wait and the cashier was very polite. I avoid Popeyes cause you know...they never food lol but I got honey and hot sauce this day.
I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and I didn’t get all my food, they don’t answer the phone and all the employees walk around like they don’t know what to do next, after paying for my food I sat at the window for 15 mins and my food was sitting there they walked back and forth like they forgot what they was doing.

I went online and ordered a meal from Popeye's. The online information said drive thru, dine-in and take out was open. I ordered my meal and paid online. When i got there the dine in was closed. Being that I drive a truck weighing over 32,000 pounds for work, the drive thru wasn't an option. I cancelled my order but 2 hours later i was charged for the meal i never received. I emailed the corporate, and after 3½ weeks no one has reached out to me. I will not be going to any location till this is resolved. I will not go for anyone else or take them to Popeye's.
