Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Rude employee told me "you might as well cancel that order because ain't no more tenders left and we can't substitute chicken for tenders, matter of fact I'll cancel it, have a good night" and closed his drive thru window. Took my money off from the app in 3 seconds but I won't receive my refund for 3-5 business days. I don't think it's one decent popeyes restaurant in Milwaukee at all.

No chicken. Sandwiches on Wed at 230 what a waste of time

Ordering Mic/speaker was not working. Had to order at window. Order was wrong because order taker was too busy talking to coworkers about getting cigarettes & taking breaks. Food was ok. I was surprised they had wings actually.

Don’t waste your time!

This place is a joke.

Extremely slow, they never have chicken or fries. Who is making sure that this franchise owner is keeping up with the basic service standards? I was in line for 45 and no one asked the lady in front of me for her order.

I ordered for delivery and my food never came, then you can't get In touch with no one at the restaurant. Their customer service system is horrible ASF.

This popeyes has the worst customer service. Unprofessional and unprepared. I mean nothing was available that I wanted to purchase. Why even open the place up if you can't serve the public is asinine and deplorable. Need new staff to say the least I'll never visit this popeyes ever again

I ordered 16 chicken pcs and they gave me 1 box with 8 and the other should have been 8 but there were only 2 pieces in there and then filled with biscuits. If I hadn't looked in there, I would've been ripped off of a whole 6 pcs of chicken. Very disappointed in service. If we are to wait a while, at least make it right please.

How is it that the establishment closes at 12 am and at 9:00 pm everybody was told that they didn’t have tenders, wings, sandwiches, chicken, etc? The staff was rude and disrespectful about it, honestly if they had told us this in a nice manner I would’ve completely understood but the fact that they gave us the biggest attitude was CRAZY especially after I had placed my pick up order and waited 15 minutes for it.

Horrible service. I rate the chicken this way this time only because I watched the young man who prepared and who fried it was clean and he was keeping his hands clean he look like he was taking pride in what he was doing and the taste of the chicken proved it. The rest of that sorry crew gets a zero from me especially the front counter person oh my Lord I'm going to just leave it there. I told my son don't ask me to bring you back again. It was sad to watch and it made me angry 😠. Who ever is running these popeyes restaurants need to be a shame you can't be checking on them the health department can't be checking either. I only ate the chicken the rest I wouldn't eat because the areas was not clean. Nope won't be my hard earned money. Biscuits only if anything

Was in the drive threw at9:45pm was a employee taking trash out set there for 10min. before I pulled off. Now one ever acknowledged me and I even tried calling into the establishment....so unprofessional.
