Had the pulled pork sandwich, it was excellent!

Went to Pop’s this afternoon. Fantastic food and even better service. Just visiting MKE and googled the best barbq. POP’s didn’t disappoint. Staff was super kind and welcoming, too. Get yourself to Pop’s for some dang good barbq!

Order the 3 meat deal. The pork brisket was not true actual brisket….more on the dry side. Looks like your typical pork cut. They give nice portion though.

Wow, I can't stop raving about this place! The moment I took a bite of their perfectly smoked brisket sandwich and cheesy, creamy mac and cheese, my taste buds exploded with joy. I'm still dreaming about that incredible combination of flavors. This place is a must-try for any foodie out there!

Pops is the place! Ribs are outstanding, as is the sauce. I personally love the grilled chicken, whereas my family prefers the pulled pork. You can smell it a couple of blocks away and the wait is worth it. Looking forward to their new location in the Spring, just down the road on Good Hope. Just follow your nose and you’ll find it!

we both had pulled pork,by far the worst bbq i have ever had the meat ,some of the meat was was so dry we couldnt chew it,under the dry meat was a little better no smokey flavor at all would not try again I have no idea how this food truck is still in buisness very
