I wanted to write a review to shoutout the entire team working the afternoon of 9/26/2024. I attempted to order online and for some reason the site wouldn't let me submit my order. I called the store to see if the order went through and the woman who answered confirmed that it did not. I was instructed to come in but was warned that they were very busy. When I arrived, the entire store was packed! Everyone working was WORKING! The assembly line was accurate and efficient and upheld the quality of sandwiches you expect when you think about Potbelly's. I had a very large order, 5 sandwiches, soup, salad, chips, cookies, soda, and milkshake. No one presented me with attitude or frustration and everyone working was very polite, telling me where to stand, providing me with a marker to mark my orders, and making sure I got everything I needed before I left. I have never seen a restaurant so busy and all the employees still maintain composure and professionalism. I loved this location already but I love it even more now! Shoutout to them, they deserve it!

Went to pick up my food and wasn’t sure the pick up area was and the woman rudely showed me where my order was. Wow did they have a bad attitude. From the looks of these reviews I’m not the only one. Will never go there again.

Terrible! Sandwich had very little meat and what was on there was weird end bits. So were the tomatoes. It was mostly bread and it was barely toasted at all. I reached out to customer service and they were zero help! Go to the Mayfair location if you must. They're at least decent. I threw away the rest of the sandwich I had left in the photo.

Came this past Saturday and I believe her name is akira (sorry if I spelt that wrong) but she had on the holiday accessories. Omg! Literally the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt greeted as if I was walking into a family house. The energy was amazing and I just appreciate good customer service when I come across it.
