my second time ever going to a potbelly and i probably wont return lol. like it's a solid option but also they didn't have avocados and the pulled pork was cold. really kind of a bummer idk we would atl microwave it for 15 seconds with the bbq sauce at cousins but idk man i guess corporate doesn't really respect the craft 🤷♀️

Shout out to whoever has been doing the hiring lately. This location's service had been horrible before! (I tried to give grace bc i know they deal with a lot of crazies and drunks downtown, but still, you're giving a service). I used to hate coming here bc some of the staff was so rude (I used to work close by). But after I left my job, I tried to avoid it. Decided to come in on the morning of 8/8 bc I was hungover and craving potbelly. The service was great! I was shocked.
Shout out to Sean for making a great sandwich! He was very friendly! And he was super cool about getting me a side of mustard when I forgot to ask for it on my sandwich. Also, to the two black ladies who started my sandwich and the other who rang me up, thank you so much! (I'm sorry I didn't catch your names!) I feel like I can finally start coming to this location more regularly bc I won't feel like an inconvenience or headache when I'm there.

They forgot to add avocado in my BLTA. Didn’t add hot peppers after request. Forgot to include my strawberry shake in my order. Usually very good, surprised with the service and outcome of the food.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and they brought the wrong order. I contacted the shop to ask them to correct this and their only options were: 1. I go to the store to pick up a new sandwich, despite paying for delivery and tip already. 2. I put through and pay for a new order for a sandwich to be delivered, and just trust that they would refund my original payment.
I work 3 blocks away, and they couldn't figure out how to get a replacement sandwich to me to rectify their error. Whether or not they have a staff driver onsite, they should be able to send the replacement with DoorDash just like they did the original order. This shouldn't have been such a hard problem to solve and they were completely unhelpful over the phone.

I wanted to write a review to shoutout the entire team working the afternoon of 9/26/2024. I attempted to order online and for some reason the site wouldn't let me submit my order. I called the store to see if the order went through and the woman who answered confirmed that it did not. I was instructed to come in but was warned that they were very busy. When I arrived, the entire store was packed! Everyone working was WORKING! The assembly line was accurate and efficient and upheld the quality of sandwiches you expect when you think about Potbelly's. I had a very large order, 5 sandwiches, soup, salad, chips, cookies, soda, and milkshake. No one presented me with attitude or frustration and everyone working was very polite, telling me where to stand, providing me with a marker to mark my orders, and making sure I got everything I needed before I left. I have never seen a restaurant so busy and all the employees still maintain composure and professionalism. I loved this location already but I love it even more now! Shoutout to them, they deserve it!
