Potbelly's is one of our favorite sandwich shops. This one was clean, friendly, and efficient.We like the variety of sandwiches, the variety of breads, and the fresh toppings. We can get exactly what we want. Their shakes are great.Went back today. Anthony and OG were great. Good people make the experience even better.

Second time walking in at 11 am and they say they don't open until noon. Door says 10 am. "There's only two of us, and we got online orders." Offered 5 buck tip and for the second time left without a turkey sub and a soda. Wild times.

Food is always hot and fresh. To keep this experience do not expect delivery partners to care for your food. I ordered a meal and included that I’m at work for the driver to bring it to service desk, went looking for my order dasher stated she left it outside.

Enjoy the potbelly brand as a whole. However because the workers were ready to be done for the night I got less quality service. I had a long day at the hospital and wanted to grab a sandwich quick and ended up with nothing but bread. I used to work in the service industry but the standard is to service every customer equally and to be given less than is extremely disappointing. Do better and if staying open until 9 is an issue to where the level of service suffers I suggest management start closing at 8pm.

Great food and location. However, the woman making the sandwiches around 2 PM today barked at customers like a prison guard and loudly complained about having to work for another hour. Why would they hire someone like that? Owners must not care. Definitely will not be going back.

Food was good but Manager was crying that we didn't leave enough notice for a catering sandwich order even though we ordered it two days in advance online. We left a tip over $50 and they still were crying. Dear Sir please keep some tissue in the back (your customers)

Allow me to start off by saying that if quality of the food is all you care about, this potbelly is easily worth 5 stars to me. To start with the delightful aroma of the sandwich and or soup upon first revealing it's splendor from its containment, to the sensational subsequent devouring of every last morsel, potbelly has never disappointed. The experience of eating potbelly is truly to die for. However, my experience with potbelly has so far been 99% delivery orders with but one in person visit; a visit that left both the aforementioned exquisite taste of wonderful food, as well as a less exciting, yet not displeasing, taste in my mouth. The ambience of the establishment itself is somewhat lacking. Perhaps on a more lively day it could be more inviting, again, I've only been the once so i wouldn't know for certain. The stand out flaw with entering the building to order would have to be the auditory ambience. Where you may expect some light, brand safe music to playing, just quiet enough as not to disrupt the aura, yet perhaps still loud enough to subliminally increase one's mood in some pseudo-scientific fashion, I found only an unspecified white noise. A white noise that was just a little too loud to where both myself and the employees behind the counter had to repeat ourselves just barely enough times for it to be noteworthy. The service was average and ultimately un-noteworthy. It was decently fast and impersonal though not so far as to be rude. Overall I expected the curtains to fit better to the drapes, in the sense that; i expected such outstanding food to be accompanied by an equally outstanding in-shop experience. At the end of the day it wasn't bad by any means, just teetering on the brink of "i should've just ordered this for delivery instead". If i were allowed to be more precise in my rating i would put this potbelly at a clean 4.7

I was threatened tonight by two employees after they gave my pickup order to someone else just before closing. Their belligerence and outright racism is an embarrassment to the brand.Do not order from here and avoid at all costs. There is a police report pending. I will never order Potbellies again.

Worker decided she wants to close early and wasn’t taking any orders w a full 1 hour before close. Interesting to watch her turn myself and others down. Didn’t even know how to react. Almost ordered online to be petty as she was doing those orders only.
