Pizza was floppy although the taste was great. Staff wasn't especially friendly and there was no seating in the restaurant. The seating in the hotel was full with an event, so we had to eat in the room. Overall a meh experience.

Was visiting while in Milwaukee and staying at the adjacent hotel. I ordered the Margarita pizza and was so disappointed. The crust was a flop and whole cherry tomatoes thrown on like an afterthought. Pizza was not flavorful and really just a hot mess.

After seeing a good Pizza Review we had to try this place however we love pizza and live in Milwaukee so we try many places. Definitely disappointed in the size of the pizza basically small/medium sized over priced and just ok. Couple of our favorite LOCAL pizza places are Neds and Desteffanios PIZZA MUCH BETTER!

This easily could have been a 5 star review but the staff was extremely rude and in no way shape or form friendly. I would have rather eaten a lower quality pizza and had high class service. What a joke to charge the asinine amount of money for a simple pizza than have the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Do better.

Great pizza, stopped by St Kate's after attending Women who rock at the Stacker theater. The pizza was made exactly as I ordered with an added touch.. Pepperoni, sausage, onions and mushrooms. With a garlic oil drizzle. It was so tasty and the staff was the best! Very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely order again.
Vegetarian options: Many veggies options, they will advise a good ratio so that you don't overload the pizza!
Wow....proof PIZZA changed some of their products and the way they prepare the pizzas. You guys deserve a 5 star, but you changed things!!! Sorry.

Unfortunately, these photos represent our last few experiences here so we won't be back. First, the prices are out of control - $78 for three pizzas and two apps, takeout. But even that would be worth it for consistency and good quality, but Proof lacks both. All I could do is laugh when I opened the pepperoni pizza (as well as curse a bit). What is this, a pizza for ants?? The proof special was at least the size it's supposed to be, but tasted only of giardiniara. It's really a shame because Proof has the capability to be one of the best pizza places in Milwaukee but they seem constantly hampered by poor quality control. Will not be back.
