We got pizzas here on Christmas evening and while I didn't catch their names, shout out to the 2 employees who were handling the busy night of orders well. Yummy pizzas

Located within St. Kate's Hotel is this delightful pizzeria. Dough freshly made in front of you. Lots of healthy & delectable toppings. First time trying was delicious and I'll be back. The CSMO 17 was delish!

Really weird experience. No place to sit really. Pizzas take almost half an hour. No clue what their target market is because it’s not convenient if you wanna grab a quick bite of pizza and then go to the live shows over at the associate theater complex. It wasn’t bad, just really not worth a repeat.

Given this pizza was delivered 20miles via Uber it arrived warm and was still quite good. In store it must be excellent.

Neopolitan style pizza, maybe a bit too thin and floppy under carriage but nice flavor and crust had a nice soft chew.

Meatballs I thought were crazy salty. Almost inedible. Too bad, they're flavor was pretty good if you get by the sting of all that salt.

The employees have a poor attitude—they act as if you don't exist, and when they finally assist you, they don't even greet or thank you.

Time for another Fat Boy Food review..... I saw Proof Pizza on tik tok and decided to give them a try. I got a pepperoni pizza, margherita pizza, and the meatballs. I tried the meatballs first and was instantly punched in the mouth with the taste of garlic. The garlic was so strong it overpowered everything. Next was the margherita pizza. Each slice had half of a cherry tomato on it. The tomato was mushy. I asked for the pizza to be left in for longer but it still came out floppy, soggy, and a bit chewy. The cheese wasn't very flavorful and you really couldn't taste the sauce. The pepperoni pizza was basically the same. You basically have to fold it in half to eat it. The costumer service was lackluster. The food was done in a timely manner. The total price came out to 47 dollars. Which is not worth it for what you get. I'd rather go to any pizza chain than eat here again.

Pizza tasted great. Flavor of the sauce is great, and it is great that they are using their own dough. Great job! Thank you!

Pizza was floppy although the taste was great. Staff wasn't especially friendly and there was no seating in the restaurant. The seating in the hotel was full with an event, so we had to eat in the room. Overall a meh experience.

The pizza looked way better than it tasted. The pizza was pretty bland and I wish it had more flavor. I got the chicken and artichoke pizza

Was visiting while in Milwaukee and staying at the adjacent hotel. I ordered the Margarita pizza and was so disappointed. The crust was a flop and whole cherry tomatoes thrown on like an afterthought. Pizza was not flavorful and really just a hot mess.
