I came to this location yesterday night. This is my 2nd time coming to this location, I was hoping for a different experience but my same problem as last time occurred again. The African American female manager was beyond rude, her attitude was rude and aggressive. When i first walked in she was basically laying over the counter on her phone while the other workers were working this is the 2nd time when i came I seen this

The manager at this location named Becky was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. She wasn’t the one preparing my order but stood off to the side micromanaging both employees. When I mentioned that I didn’t mind paying extra for salsa on the side, she insisted I couldn’t have it at all and said she’d need to charge me for a completely different priced menu item instead. It came across as controlling and intentionally difficult. She continued to repeat herself threatening to refuse giving me my already made order and escalate the situation while I was quietly waiting to pay, then ultimately refused me service simply because she didn’t like the way I spoke or that I stood up for myself. Her behavior was antagonistic, disrespectful, and an abuse of her position. No customer should be treated this way over a simple request it reflects very poorly on the management and the overall atmosphere of this location.

I asked for the Hot and Sweet Chicken — it’s for sure regular. This was the second Qdoba I went to, because the first one didn’t have the Hot and Sweet Chicken. If I would’ve known my order was wrong, I woulda just walked out and let y’all keep that, like the first one! Either y’all had it, didn’t, or simply just got the order wrong — but that’s not what I ordered.

I’m originally from Denver but live in Houston which doesn’t have a Qdoba. I’m in Milwaukee for my son’s wedding and was excited to find a Qdoba near my Hotel. I came in at 4ish on Saturday 08/30/25, it was a little depressing that there wasn’t a greeting, acknowledgement or at least one smile from the crew of three. Any sign of happiness or self worth has been completely exhausted from this staff unfortunately. I was checked out a person in a blue shirt which I think may have been in a management position. She spoke so soft I had to ask to repeat. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but asked for a water nonetheless since that is my drink of choice. I was told there were none even though an employee was drinking orange Fanta out of one on the front line. I guess water cups are just for employees.
Disappointed after being so excited. I guess people in Milwaukee are just mean.

Order was made fresh on the spot and pretty fast. Staff were nice. But I had two orders. They only took one order and started working with other guests. So I had to wait all over again to get my order in despite being already in line.
Usually I get a bowl and this time I wanted a burrito, should have stuck with what I usually get because this burrito shell was like chewing RUBBER, and to top it off there was big slices of peppers in the burrito. Smh. Do better!! This is why its hard for customers to tip at times because the restaurant messes it up for the drivers with poor prep of the food. This is my first and last time ordering a rubbery burrito from Qdoba.

Amazing experience, devoured every bite (image posted for scale) The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was live and place was kept clean. Portions were very generous for the price. Took my tinder date here ( she was a bit shy for the photo) and made her pay for my food whilst she watched me absolutely make this quesadilla talk dirty to me. Safe to say no second date but there’s definitely gonna be a second time I come to this location! 5 stars.🙂

Barely any food in my bowl- not even filled half way, but couldn't do anything about it (which I'm sure they know) because I ordered with DoorDash. I'd say there was probably two tablespoons of rice total! For that price, never again!
