Usually I get a bowl and this time I wanted a burrito, should have stuck with what I usually get because this burrito shell was like chewing RUBBER, and to top it off there was big slices of peppers in the burrito. Smh. Do better!! This is why its hard for customers to tip at times because the restaurant messes it up for the drivers with poor prep of the food. This is my first and last time ordering a rubbery burrito from Qdoba.

Amazing experience, devoured every bite (image posted for scale) The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was live and place was kept clean. Portions were very generous for the price. Took my tinder date here ( she was a bit shy for the photo) and made her pay for my food whilst she watched me absolutely make this quesadilla talk dirty to me. Safe to say no second date but there’s definitely gonna be a second time I come to this location! 5 stars.🙂

Barely any food in my bowl- not even filled half way, but couldn't do anything about it (which I'm sure they know) because I ordered with DoorDash. I'd say there was probably two tablespoons of rice total! For that price, never again!

I found finger nail clippings in my food. Yes. FINGER NAIL CLIPPINGS. I PRAY that I do not get sick. While the workers were wearing gloves, one of them scratched her head before preparing the food which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves obviously if you are gonna be that nasty.

oh my jesus! Please do not eat from this location. I placed an order with doordash & called the restaurant to make sure they put extra cheese in my bowl, they said they would. when my food got there it was cold and there was no cheese in it at all! my chicken in my bowl was also kind of purple-ish & it was rubbery & chewy i instantly spit it out! please do not eat here i now have food poisoning

Clean restaurant, food was a lil cold & for nacho bowl a teaspoon of queso is unacceptable! Dry nachos with rice. However, the rude ass cashier is why you got 1 star. She kept doing the opposite of what I said & asking me to repeatedly repeat myself. I spoke up & she says you don't have to yell just because I didn't hear you. Well what was i supposed to do. I said little brown rice, she goes for white, I said no, just a lil brown rice, she gives me 2 scoops, I ask her to take some out she adds more. I said NOOO, I asked for little brown rice & she goes to add white rice again. She should take english SL classes if she's going to work with the public in the United States!!!! I used to love Qdoba, never again!

The rice was very hard and crunchy with clumps in it which I took pictures of by the way to show you all what I was served. I was spitting out the hard rice that was mixed with soft rice left and right, I was so hungry after work I ate the crap with displeasure it was either eat or starve until pay day it’s like they took old rice from left over trash and served it to stretch the inventory or something, my bowl was very light, this is a protein bowl and it was portioned poorly. Very disappointed!!!
Now its 2 months later from this review I was told then that was going to be contacted news flash....I WAS NEVER CONTACTED, I haven't been to a QDOBAS since that day!!!!
This location was very rude. I have never tried Qdoba and when I asked questions, the workers talked badly about me in spanish. They did not know I knew spanish but I’m glad I did because I heard them making fun of me. I will NOT be coming back to a Qdoba location.

I went in to buy some food during my meal break on my 8 hour shift and had a not so "jolly" experience. I paid $17 for my meal and got a tiny scoop of steak and rice (the main parts of the burrito) but a lot of other toppings that filled up my burrito. The guy who served the meat and rice looked more concerned with going home, not doing his job with positivity, rather than actually giving me my hard earned money's worth of steak. The night, however, didn't go to waste fully as the other man served me a satisfactory amount of toppings to fill my burrito. He had a smile on his face and asked me nicely what toppings I wanted. I should not have to pay $17 and tip for a miniscule amount of meat (the main part of the burrito) or have workers serving me without any care for custumer service but I have a high respect for the workforce, especially those working to make ends meet especially during the busy holiday season. In future please give customers a decent amount of meat as this food is still pretty expensive and please treat people kindly with a smile, especially when working with customer service.
